My wife and i came into Jersey Mikes in Rapid City Tonight February 10, 2023 at 6:45 pm to eat as we Love to eat here. We both ordered #17 Mike’s Famous Philly Sub Sandwiches. Normally the food is great but this time its was not very good at all. The steak was over cooked and dry. We asked for swiss cheese instead of american and barely had any cheese on the sandwich at all. The bread was hard in spots. My wife had to ask for Mayo because her sandwich was so dry. The manager on duty seemed as if he was in a hurry and was trying to do more than he could handle. There were only three tables of people in the restaurant and my wife and i in line. It was just not a good experience all the way around.

I’m not sure why it is so difficult to make a sandwich correctly. I have ordered online a couple of times, and my sister has ordered for us before as well, and each time we’re given the wrong sandwiches. We always order the chicken because we tried the beef once and it wasn’t very good, and every time we order chicken we’re sent a beef sandwich. Do your employees not know the difference between a cow and a chicken?
