We were in the other day during lunch rush and the staff was dealing with a tech issue that had knocked down the registers. While a few guests were extremely rude and impatient, the staff was kind and did everything right. The manager Andreas (if I heard his name correctly) and his staff do a great job! Great food as always! Don’t mind the rude people!

The staff here is always very nice. Even when I’ve caused them more work by ordering a gluten-free sub at lunchtime, they have always taken their time and prepped with care to avoid cross-contamination, and were all super kind about it. And the subs are tasty too!

Crazy as it is this was my first time in a Jersey Mike’s. It will not be my last. I’ve heard about the sub in a tub and I don’t like all the bread so I ordered it and got a huge meal. The guy that helped me was so nice and so professional. A good customer service makes her breaks a place. And on this particular day in Golden Valley this guy was fantastic. He asked me how my day was we had a great conversation he made a fantastic sub in a tub. I cannot wait to go back!!!

I have come to this location multiple times. The staff is always nice, helpful, and quick. I was almost a regular here, and they remembered my order every time I’d come. Whoever owns and runs this shop is doing a great job.
