Been to this location 3 times all 3 they have gotten my order wrong. Tonight ordered a white wrap with no tomato gave me wheat after remaking. Can’t eat it due to food allergies

I was really disappointed today, when usually I can count on Jersey Mike’s to be fairly quick. Today, I ordered two sandwiches one that is cold and one that is hot. The cold one was prepared right away, but the hot one took over 15 minutes while my cold one was getting warm. I watched while the cook made other online or telephone orders and put those to be cooked before ours even though we ordered first. When I repeatedly asked about our sandwich, they kept saying it would be one more minute but it ended up being over 15. The last straw was when they said that this sandwich will be made when the rest of the sandwiches on the grill would be made, even though that represented the second batch of phone or online orders that came after mine. When I explained that I was in a rush and was running late for an appointment, the cashier in a rude way said “we’re doing the best we can.” And when the sandwich was done she literally threw it at me. Although the hot sandwich was fine, the cold sandwich was too warm by the time the hot sandwich was done. Really disappointed with customer service and the lack of attention and care to paying customers that are there ready and willing to eat but who must wait for other online and phone orders. Literally every table in the restaurant was filthy. The floor was sticky. And the front door was filled with handprints as though it had not been cleaned in days. Don’t even ask about the bathrooms! Not sure if I can ever go to this place again.

The person checking us out at the register, seeming to have quite the attitude, I’m assuming it was the manager, we had no issues with our experience until we checked out and dealt with her, I love the food but the service was lacking.

Idk why I tipped these jerseys. Took them 15 minutes to make my number 42. Probably because the cook didn’t know the “G” in front of the 42 meant I was getting the full sized sandwich, not the half. ♂️

The food is very good. I just don’t understand why the franks red hot sauce was everywhere outside my sandwich. I couldn’t even pick up the sandwich without getting it everywhere on my hands. I know Jersey mikes subs can get a little sloppy but usually never this bad!I also asked for pickles on the side and never got them. Hopefully they get better over time..? First time going to this location. Not very impressed with the service. 3 Stars because the food is that good. 🙂
