This location is very clean and modern. I placed an order for two sandwiches online and all was in the bag, as expected and early. I also commend them on the gluten free bread. I will definitely be back!

Definitely the worst JM I’ve been to. Arrived when my order was scheduled to be picked up and watched as it sat on the counter for almost 10 minutes, waiting for someone to wrap and bag it. One guy was handling the line, while five or six were standing around in the back. Eventually someone slowly wandered up front, and bagged my order with not even a little bit of urgency. Got home, no napkins, sandwich was poorly wrapped, falling apart and mangled. Bread was stale and dry, and my “original Italian” appeared to only consist of ham, pepperoni, smashed tomato, and more lettuce than anyone would want. Will probably avoid this location and keep making the journey to Woodbury.

The restaurant was super busy when we went. The service, however, was excellent. Friendly staff. Quick service. The food wasn’t quite as good as other Jersey Mike’s locations, but I’m sure that’ll improve over time since this is a newer location.

Jersey Mike’s is the best! So glad to finally have one in Cottage Grove. Freshly sliced meat is soo much better than the prepackaged, processed stuff at other chains. Important note for parents: Kids eat FREE on Sundays! They are also so good about food allergies. My son has a wheat allergy and they are great about taking precautions
