Very poor customer service and disorganized. Walked in for a pick up order and workers don’t even acknowledge you that you’re there waiting at the pick area. And then had to wait another 20 mins for my food because for some reason they were only making orders for dine in?? No idea what’s going on here, really needs to be impproved

Called this store for help with an order placed through the app that went to this store, the lady who answered was incredibly condescending and then yelled at me. I tried calling back but no one would answer again after. Ended up having to go through just corporate for a refund and even they said the people at this location are rude and difficult to work with.

Their sandwich’s are fresh and made to order. Fast and friendly staff. The bread is fresh and has as a more crusty outside w a chewy soft inside. Veg looks very fresh but limited on toppings of choice. But over all better food then most fast food subs.

Decided to try something different. Not knowing the menu and going at a busy time wasn’t the smartest idea but the gentleman leading the crew did a great job! They worked well as a team – communicated awesomely and kept their quality high. Had the buffalo chicken wrap – tasted good and high quality. Kid loved her sandwich. Good place to go if you want a meal to eat elsewhere. We’ll try the app next time 🙂

The girls who were working were not very friendly though and never acknowledged me other than to take my order, they were talking to each other and saying some very inappropriate things in front of my son and were complaining that we came in 15 mins prior to closing.

My first experience at this location was terrible. I was treated very rudely by the female manager and her female employee. I addressed these individuals as indicated because they refused to give me their names so that I could file a complaint. On June 21st 2023 around 10:45am, i had a door dash pickup at this location. Upon arrival I presented 2 door dash orders to the workers; one order had a name and the other order displayed customer. I received the order with a name attached from an employee but the manager refused to give me the other order with the name customer attached. I proceeded to open the door dash app completely and there displayed was the name of the customer ordering. I gave the name to the manager and she still refused to give me the order. Pride is a serious thing! However I asked several times for the order after all and the manager still refused Mainly because of my loud tone but I was definitely non threatening. While one order was in my possession I was requesting the other order after presenting the name so that I could leave and she simply refused to give me the order. To make matters worse the manager came over to me, invaded my personal space, and then snatched the order that was in my possession from me; stating “you wont deliver neither one of them.” She threatened to call the police and I just left after resolving the incomplete orders with door dash. I was done a complete disservice and treated very unfairly. The managers attitude was downright awful. I’ve been several jersey Mike’s around the world and never had such experience. I reached out for further help at the sun prairie location where the district manager happen to be during the time of this incident and he literally brushed me off with such nonchalant sort of attitude. Noone seem to have any information about how to contact corporate. But after this deliverance of the poor service I received from the employees, managers, and district manager of the locations mentioned, I’m ultimately more than satisfied. I state the absolute truth for those reading. If I can avoid doing business with these locations; count me in.
