This place has amazing service… John was so kind and fast at his work even when it was the entire college team that got sandwiches. They worked fast and efficiently and were very fast with what they had and not many people working. I know they had a lunch rush and ran out of bread but they were accommodating with suggesting wraps and bowls. Great place to go!

I’ve been to this Jersey Mike’s before and I’ve had a great experience. But after my experience today not sure if I’ll be returning. Placed an online order and went into the restaurant to wait a bit early. After waiting a few minutes the person behind the counter kind of snapped at me, asking me why I was standing around and why I wasn’t placing an order. I replied that I was waiting for an online pick up. I ended up waiting over 30 minutes for my sub granted my online order said it would be ready 15 minutes after I got there, so my sub was technically only 15 minutes late. And I didn’t mind waiting the first 15 minutes as that’s what I agreed to. But what made this so frustrating was that there were workers standing around, cleaning, and making orders extremely slowly. I felt like I was friendly and patient, but as other online order customers were walking in the person behind the counter greeted, them and would ask if they wanted a free drink. But they never asked me despite the fact that I was standing there for 30 minutes (an extra 15 minutes past the time my sub was supposed to be ready). When they gave me my sub they told me a bunch of people quit unexpectedly and that’s why it took so long. I completely understand being short staffed and frustrated, however, I think that I could have at least been offered the same free drink as other customers. While I’m glad I eventually got my sandwich, I think the customer service could be better for future guests due to the seemingly unfair treatment and long wait times despite a reasonable amount of workers present. But to give them the benefit of the doubt maybe those employees were working late and technically didn’t have to be making subs. To the person behind the counter, I’m sorry if I did anything wrong that made you not want to offer me a free soda. 🙁

Used to get great service from Brittany who I don’t think is there anymore. My sisters husband went to get her food tonight and girl behind the counter named Emily said she didn’t really feel like making the sub because they were closed…… About 45 minutes before their actual closing time? My sister is pregnant and just wanted some food she had been craving. Super unprofessional.

I’ve been going to this jersey mikes since the day it opened and have always been thrilled with the food and service. The past two times I’ve gone the customer service has been awful and the wait time for the sub to be prepared has been god awful slow. It’s a sad day when you see one of your favorite food stops go down the toilets due to a couple of bad employees.

Trust me you don’t want to go to this location… Unless you enjoy being berated and hassled for no reason. I had the strong impression that the manager found very normal typical tasks involved in taking an order to be inconvenient.

I go here at least 3 times a week. They are close to my employer…the crew knows exactly how I get my sub and they are always kind and respectful and so very fast. #13 Mike’s Way extra wet…Mayo, pickles and relish…If I could give them 10 stars I would. I will most def be back everyday if I could! ❤
