Was waiting to order and this young man said to me you must be a mama bear and I said yes I am. Every time my family and I have got food from this establishment we have always had amazing service and very friendly staff member. I didn’t catch the young man’s name. It was obvious I was a new customer. The actual cashier wasn’t bad, she just wasn’t helpful. The staff in general needs to go over how to welcome a new customer. The atmosphere was angry. Not everyone knows how you make your sandwiches and what comes on them. Just wish the experience could have been a good experience for my autistic son. Smiling makes a difference in this environment even if you may not like your job. Won’t be back.

The whole reason for ordering online, is not to have to be there for any amount of time. I came in to pick up my online order (a 64 with extra mushrooms and a 66), and the pickup shelf was empty. There was a huge line so I figured maybe they were behind like they had been the other 2 times we ate here. So I sat there for 10 minutes waiting for my bag to show up. Someone else went straight to the counter to get theirs so I followed suit. Maybe some new signage or something because the current signage is absolete. Food was cold, and I didn’t get the extra mushrooms. It’s already a hassle to get there thru construction and the Walmart crowd then find a parking spot (maybe) in the vicinity. But to sit there in a dirty eating area and watch the little girl behind the counter literally grab her coworkers butt while my order is just sitting there? Not interested.

So I’ll start by saying my husband talked me into trying this place I have celiac disease and he’s a vegetarian so finding a place we can both eat at is really hard. I walked to the counter and talked to the friendliest person ever his name is Shaun he told me that I could have any sub on the menu with a gluten free bun of course. He informed me that they even had a cookie I could have. I’ve included a picture of the cookie. It was amazing so yummy and soft I love these now for sure. I’m trying the famous philly sub I’m waiting for it now so I’ll update when I try that. My husband was able to get himself a really good sub too. I’m blown away with the customer service here so friendly no matter how many questions I asked. I will be back for sure.

I love Jersey Mikes sandwiches and I usually come to this location with no problem. Unfortunately today, I had an unpleasant experience. On December 1st, the workers who worked in the afternoon were extremely rude and I was the only person in the restaurant. Other than that, I had a great sandwich. I cared not for the service or the food. It took them about fifteen minutes to make my sandwich, which was strange because they served at least six people (with multiple subs per order) before my sub was ready. They were not friendly and their sub was lackluster. I do not believe I will do business with them again
