This is the worst store. They don’t listen to your order, and they use less meat than other stores. Been here twice, and very disappointed both times. I work hard for my money and when 1 sandwiche for nearly 11 bucks, I expect better service. Not returning to this store.

I enjoy they’re subs but every time I order on doordash they put cheese in my sub when I specifically request NO cheese. They need to pay better attention because it’s happened the last 4 times I’ve ordered. Super disappointing.

Is this location under new management? We have been here before but now have to say this is the first location we have ever been to that has been slow and unpleasant. Walked in at 1:50 with no one at front counter. Crumbs and bread out on the counter (not clean as it once was). One girl came out and wrote down my order, another gal came out and stood there by the condiments. Other than that, no acknowledgment for the delay. After a long wait, a third person came out from back to start making the sandwiches. At this point, there is a line growing. I was rung up: two sandwiches, two chips, and two Gatorades. She handed my receipt and proceeded packaging the next order. I asked her if I could get a bag and, rather than placing my items in the bag, she handed it to me to do it myself. I am sorry, is it because we didn’t tip? Or is this the type of service folks receive now at this location? Sorry, but for the price, we will drive the extra few miles to Somers for a cleaner store and kinder service.
