Just had an absolutely wonderful experience at this establishment. The food was delicious as always, but what really stood out was the service. The workers were unbelievably kind and it just seemed like they loved their job. Didn’t catch the gentleman’s name but he had just moved here from Iowa and we had a great conversation about disc golf and regular golf. Great guy and great service and the food reflexes that.

I just wanted it to be known how great the staff was today. 1 guy was training a new hire, and they still did fantastic. The line was probably 15 people with 15 online/pick up orders. The amount of ungrateful, rude people in line throwing a fit because they had to wait an extra minute or 2 for their order. They are clearly swamped, and you throwing a fit because your sub is a minute late is absurd. They did a fantastic job

I had such a great experience here. I’ve been to plenty of Jersey Mike’s and the food is always fantastic but the service here was top notch! Complete mess of a location. Rude. Lack of communication between workers. Incorrect responses to logical requests. Orders all out of order causing 30+ minutes for a sub? WORST experience on the chain’s biggest day. Did you expect to refund on a day of giving? Not if you had any sense in ensuring your franchise owner’s are hiring competent staff that would know they’re going to need to be able to keep up today. I will never go back.
