My gf came in to pick up her order and not only did they not have a paper under the sub, she saw the guy take the meat off of her sandwich and put it directly on the counter to add the cherry peppers and then put the meat back on her sandwich!! Not only that but they forgot most of the toppings and drenched it mayo. She didn’t want to say anything but I had to drive back because this is ridiculous. The manager working tried to deny about the meat, did not even attempt to offer an apology and refused to offer anything for my troubles of having to come back! I absolutely would not order out from here. This place is disgusting. Be leery when you make an online order and aren’t watching every step they make! Grossed us out.

food is good, but service is poor. Ordered 2 hot sandwiches, waited for them to be made. Saw them finished, and handed to an employee at the register. I had already paid, so I figured I would now be given my food to go eat it before it gets cold, but instead the employee who was handed my food decided to set it on the counter for about 10 mins while they helped other customers that came in after me. Pretty frustrating, when it should take about 5 seconds to give me my food.

Was in last week. Service was good, Tony and Matt were fun. I did feel bad for the one as a few customers made him uncomfortable and used the f-slur (-aim at him) but he pushed through, though he went to the back immediately after. Keep on being you bud!

My first time wasn’t all that enjoyable. I wasn’t properly greeted/guided. I had no idea where to order, and the employees all just stood around and stared at me. It was a very uncomfortable experience . The food is amazing however. I almost had to give this place a 3 star, but my visit today (@ 2:00pm on 02/03/23 to be exact) made me change that! All employees were very polite, and I was greeted at the door . This just makes you feel welcomed/acknowledged. Sam was amazing! He walked me through the menu and various items around the store . His knowledge on items made it that much easier to order and I’m very greatful! Thank you Sam! I personally haven’t tried the cold subs, but the hot subs are amazing! This is only my second time visiting jersey mikes and I can see myself coming more often. Thank you to the employees today for making me, and my boyfriends experience all that more enjoyable!

Really good sandwich. I agree with another review that the guy with the pierced nose wasn’t very friendly, kind of weird in fact. Parking lot is already small and the employees park in the spots closest to the entrance.

Extremely slow. Tons of people working but customer service was not great. Location is not great. Asked if the pickles were dill and received an “I don’t know.” Never once was thanked. Food was okay, but not worth the poor customer service, and long waiting. Never been to a Jersey mikes, and don’t think I’ll be back.
