This store was a lot better when it first opened. I didn’t even get a sub this time; I’ll explain why. I arrived at 1:15pm, and there were three customers including me. I ordered my usual (#17 add mayo/honey mustard/pickles) and the middle aged woman gave me my ticket. I sit down and wait, as there is no one other than her at the counter. Once customers start filing in, she calls to her coworkers to help. This is when I witness three teenagers leave the restroom horsing around & giggling, and start making sandwiches without washing their hands. I am glad I didn’t pay beforehand because I definitely left the store after seeing that.

Place has gone downhill since it opened. I was the only person in the restaurant and waited at least 20 minutes while they cooked a half dozen hot subs ahead of mine. I was told they were online orders. Maybe it’s not how it works but you would think onsite customers would be prioritized in some fashion. At least they were gracious enough to refund me when I had to leave.

Long time fan of Jersey Mike’s, but it was my wife’s first time and the first time at this location. Staff was friendly, service was good, and our food was delicious. Wife did a mini Ham and Provolone, perfect size and still has all the toppings. I did the Chipotle Chicken Philly and while I didn’t get a lot of the Chipotle Mayo, it was still cheesy and flavorful.

It would have been nice if the guys would have told us they could toast our buns but nothing was mentioned about it then needless to say the Buns that I got on my sandwich were tough.

Always the best subs. Service is hit or miss. After a lot of good service, I’ve had a few weird experiences

Thursday evening, the lady greeting and checking out was super friendly and not in a fake way! The girl on grill was busy! She did a fabulous job on our 17’s and the gentleman cleaning the lobby was super friendly too

I waited thirty minutes around noon today for a cheesesteak. Sad when Uber and other food delivery services take a priority over the on site customers. Not even sure why I willingly waited that long. Should have walked out like I contemplated doing. 2nd time eating there won’t be going back.

It’s a clean place so I’ll give it that, but please just go and order in person. They forgot the crispy bacon on my club and thats what makes the sandwich
