Store was very clean but don’t recommend if you have a food allergy. I ordered a sandwich with no tomato. They put tomatoes on my sandwich and wrapped it up. The lady at the register then realized she messed up. She just open the sandwich removed the tomatoes and re wrapped it. Then called our name like nothing happened. I know that mistake happened but that was not the was to hand it. All she had to do is ask. A simple “I’m sorry we messed up are you okay if we remove the tomatoes or would you like us to remake it?” Very disappointed

This was the first time that I’ve been to Jersey Mike’s on Novi Rd. The food was very good, and they slice the deli meet to order. Prices were reasonable, as well.

We walked in at 10:10. Stores opens at 10. It was painfully obvious the stair had not been cleaned from the night prior The meat slicer was filthy from the day before Condiments area was dirty Bread crumbs all over the counter No way this all took place in 10 minutes of opening. Not a good experience. The music is so loud I couldn’t hear when one of the employees were asking me a question. I asked them to repeat it three times because the music was so loud and they were so quiet. At the third time he finally yelled at me and gave me attitude. It’s not my fault I can’t hear because of the music. I almost wanted to cancel my order. He was rude and scowled at me the whole time. I’m not coming back

We have been loyal Jersey Mike’s customers since experiencing them for the first time over 14 years ago in TX, and the moved to SC and ate them there, and now we are in MI. I SURELY hope we don’t have to stop going to Jersey Mike’s, but our experience there last Thursday was not great. Items were left off the sub, meat was WAY overcooked and very dry, and it took forever to get the food and leave (carry-out) as they seemed to have a ton of orders. Of course, it doesn’t help when the worker is tossing bottles around like Tom Cruise in “Cocktail” when he should have been finishing sandwiches as speedily as possible when they were so slammed. I tried calling and couldn’t get through, and then tried again tonight, after dinner hour. I was told this gentleman was putting me on hold to go get the other manager, he apologized “if something went wrong and they’d make it right”, and then put me on hold….forever. After 6 minutes, I hung up and called back. The phone is now constantly busy, so perhaps they left it off the hook? I’m not sure, but it’s been about half an hour, and so again, I won’t be able to tell them the problem, which might be an easily fixable training issue. And now they have a dissatisfied customer. That’s a shame.
