I placed a $54.00 online order and scheduled pick up time was 12:36pm. I arrived at the restaurant at 12:30pm. I was asked by the same employee if I had a pick up order twice in a 15minute span while standing in front of her. I politely gave her my name, twice.

I ordered through the Jersey Mike App for delivery of the Big Kahuna Chicken yesterday from this location. The bread was not fresh, it was dry and they gave me the wrong sandwich because it did not have mushroom or jalapeno on it. I checked the bag for the receipt stapled to it and that was correct as well as soda and chip choice but sandwich was not. The cost for using the app plus a tip is almost double the cost for picking up in store. If they get it wrong its an expensive mistake. I’m left disappointed because I like their subs but the lack of attention to detail will stop me from using the app again. Very disappointing.

Food was good, employees were pleasant… but the building feels dirty. Tables are sticky, walls are gross, and the high chair for kids looked terrible.

Not really vegetarian friendly when they’re slicing your cheese on the same slicer that they use for ham and meats. And as someone who doesn’t eat pork, even worse.

Aren’t you supposed to be open at 10am? This is the second time I’ve tried to get some food and you guys are closed. At least the second time you have a closed sign up….. Update your hours if you’re not open until 11…..

I am very happy with the subs I receive from this location! I wouldnt go anywhere else for a great hot or cold sub. My personal preference is a hot sub, so I go for the Philly Cheesesteak. Takes a few minutes extra but that is because the meat is cooked to order. Fast and friendly service!

Worst experience ever. I order a sub to be ready by 1130. I got there at 1130 and it wasn’t ready. So I waited until 12 noon and my food still wasn’t being worked on. Meanwhile, they would take orders from people who walked in. They lost a customer for life. Terrible. I wish I could give it zero stars. I asked for a refund.
