My family and I get a sub from here almost every other day. Whenever my mother or I go in to pick up a sub for my father there’s a couple employees that always say smart remarks and point as we walk in. Then when we are leaving she hides behind the wall talking about us and we know because other employees will look at us. No issues with the food but the customer service at this location sucks!

Ordered 150.00 worth of subs my son placed the order thru the app and they eill not give me my shore points i explained this to the young kid behind the counter and he had an excuse every time i asked a question so we will not be ordering from here again.

I get a sub from this location at least 4 days a week. The last 2 weeks or so have been completely awful. The workers don’t pay attention to the customer wants. I get the same thing every time, 13 no onions, lettuce and NOT Mike’s way, mustard and mayo on side, chips and a brownie. Once it came with everything on it. Called and had them remake it, had to leave work to get it, get back to work and it was still wrong. Next time bread was so hard it made it hard to eat, this last time no chips or brownie ce with it. When I called I got instant attitude and rudeness.

3 stars since subs were great and staff that rang up purchase was pleasant. The coupons from the mail came in handy. The young lady on the deli slicer taking orders acted miserable and was extremely passive aggressive while taking our orders. No one needs that. Definitely killed the vibe for someone’s 1st time visiting. No thank you. 9.6.22; 7.15 pm.
