Not going to lie. I have had an opinion of Jersey Mike’s from years ago. My wife told me that I had to give them another shot. I believe in second chances so we did lunch. I was pleased with the cleanliness of the restaurant, I was surprised by how many people were working and how busy it was. My sandwich met my expectations but what blew me away was the lady at the counter. She was super inviting, she was passionate about what she was serving and committed to serving us. Honestly it was so refreshing to us to feel like we had truly been taken care of. Everyone behind the counter were working together and on it. You just don’t see that anymore. So, Jersey Mike’s, we salute you. You get a heartfelt 5 stars and a healthy recommendation from me.

What a bummer! Went to the football game last night and the lady taking tickets had food from here that looked delicious. So I left the game and went to get food. Ordered on the app and picked up in store so I could get through quick. I get back to the game with food and it was impossible to eat. There’s was so much sauce all over everything I could eat the food. By the second bit the sauce was everywhere, and it was just made so disgusting it was inedible. I hear this place is good, but not from my experience yesterday.

I hadn’t been into this location until recently and I can say this is by far the friendliest Jersey Mike’s I’ve ever been to. Joe, the manager, and his staff were fantastic! The turkey sun was amazing, make sure you get “The Juice”, and the atmosphere was 10/10. I found my new lunch spot for sure.

We visited this Jersey Mike’s on 7/1/23 at 6:30pm. We love Jersey Mike’s, but will likely not be returning to this one any time soon after witnessing the manager on duty humiliate his staff. He actively stopped making our sandwiches while we were interacting with a young woman on the register to tell us about how she was supposed to be in Cincinnati for a Taylor swift concert, but he had told her if she did not come in and work this weekend she was fired. He was bragging about this to us as customers in front of this young woman, which only highlighted to us as customers that he does not respect his staff, gloating about pressuring this young girl to give up tickets that were not only a rare opportunity, but also exceptionally hard to get. Before leaving I made sure to go up to the girl when he was not present and told her not only that we felt it was incredibly toxic of him to do that, but wrong to have boasted about it as well, I hope that young woman finds somewhere to work where she is valued as she was wonderful but deserves so much better than this manager.

A gentleman was handing out free sub cards at Nomad Barber so I decided to try this place out. I ordered the Italian and was surprised at the size and how delicious it was! I told my wife I would share it with her but I ate the whole thing! I went back to get her a sub and absolutely was blown away at how friendly the people were and happy they were to see me back. Great service and great food. I will definitely be back for my submarine sandwich needs.

First and foremost, the speed of service at this place was truly impressive. Despite the bustling atmosphere, Courtney efficiently managed the high demand, ensuring minimal waiting time. From placing my order to receiving my meal, the entire process was streamlined, allowing me to enjoy my food without any unnecessary delays. Food was great and definitely will be coming back.

The employees were amazing. But the manager on duty was terrible. He was bragging to customers that he told an employee on there day off that they had to come in and work or they would be fired. He also bragged that he got her to sell her Cincinnati TAYLOR SWIFT tickets that she was going to that night. I will not be coming back to this place for a long time . Love the food and the employees are great but that manager should be fired. Absolutely Toxic
