I have eaten at Jersey Mikes for years and I’ve always had a good experience there. My wife and I ordered subs from there yesterday evening and we both ended up getting food poisoning. She ordered the roast beef while I ordered the Italian. She commented on the roast beef initially and said that it looked discolored. I noticed that too and told her that they probably got the order wrong and put ham instead. She proceeded to taste it and found that it was flavorless, literally. My Italian sandwich didn’t have much flavor at all too… I started vomiting shortly after and her symptoms started shortly after and continued throughout the night. I am still experiencing symptoms of nausea and diarrhea. I have a doctors appointment today and they plan on taking a stool sample to figure out what virus has come out of there. The Hancock County health department is involved with this and wants the results from my food poisoning along with the other half of my sub. They plan on visiting Jersey Mikes too to make sure they are following proper protocols. Do not eat here. They practice poor hygiene along with improper storing of meats.

I’ve ordered here a few times however 6/7/23 was my last time. My husband and I both got food poisoning and pretty badly, we’ve never been this sick. I should’ve known because the meat did not look fresh on our subs.

I’ve been to this location on 5 occasions, still haven’t got my order correct. I probably won’t give them a 6th chance. One of the staff has a nose ring working in the food service area, probably not a sanitary situation judging by the way his nose ring swings back and forth over the food prep area.

I like the subs here the best of all the sub places I’ve been too and I’ve been to all of the big fanchises. The tuna subs are really good and the rosemary bread is great!

Food is always top notch and always fresh. Only complaint I have is everytime I place a curbside order I have to call and let them know I’m in the parking lot even after I tap the “I’m here” button in the app

Family ran and very dirty! The cover was off the tea machine and inside the machine was moldy looking grime hanging on the sides! Ill be calling the health department! Dirty looking kids working there were making fun of customers.

The whole Team did an assembly line on my order it was awesome to watch how people can work so well together that’s how it should be everywhere but good luck with that….
