After having an awful experience at the Finneytown location, I drove here to get safe food. The workers were at their station, ready to help when I walked in the door. I advised that I have a gluten allergy, and they immediately wiped down their already clean surface to ensure the sandwich would be safe. Great service and great food! I will continue to visit this location!

Poor customer service! I walked in at 8:30pm and the entire staff just looked at me like I wasn’t supposed to be walking in. Maybe because they close at 9pm and had already put most ingredients up. No greetings, bad attitude from the girl who made my sandwich and rung me up. She had a terrible disposition and just threw the stuff on my sandwich. I love Jersey Mikes but I’ll never spend my money at this location again! Get it together!!

Placed an order for delivery. Got a sandwich with ingredients that were allergic for my boyfriend. They said they’d refund, remake the sandwich, and deliver it. I called after waiting for an hour for the remade sandwich and they said they couldn’t refund and remake it. Will never go to this location again. Incredibly disappointing not getting any food despite being promised after 2 hours. AVOID THIS LOCATION!!!

Placed and paid for an order online at this location thinking it was placed at another location on the same street. Called this location about the error and was told my credit card would be refunded. When I called again to check on the status of the refund I was told it would not be refunded so I ended up paying $120 for 3 sandwiches

If you order pick-up or delivery, prepare for something in hour order to be wrong – four out of the last four times for me. Food somehow even tastes worse than other locations even though it’s just basic ingredients. Summary being, try a different Jersey Mike’s.

There was a young man working this particular day of course I don’t know his name I didn’t get it but when I walked up everything on my turkey and provolone and he didn’t put my Mayo mayonnaise on my sandwich if a person and for everything on the bar selection for their toppings they meant everything so I will go back and try it again hopefully we can get it right the next time Kenwood area. Other than that the sandwich was good but of course it was dry and I did go back in and get mayo packets but it was just the point that I asked for everything.

To go order, the wrong sandwich made. They used condiments I did not ask for. Received call from owner or a person that claimed to be. The person agued with me about my experience. This is what made me believe the owner could not have called. He would not have been that stupid I would hope. Spend your dollars elsewhere.
