I love Jersey Mikes! The subs are delicious. The Jersey Mikes in Wooster, OH is particularly wonderful, as the staff there are super friendly. I’ve become a “regular” there, and the staff always greet me pleasantly and ask how I’m doing. I’ve gone back to this restaurant simply because of the kind staff. Definitely recommend.

I love the food here. A week ago though there was a miscommunication on my order. I ended up getting more than I paid for. I brought it to their attention and they then overcharged me. I tried to explain but they couldn’t understand so I dropped it as they were busy. I took a business card for one of the managers and called the next day and asked that I get a return call. I have heard nothing in response. If they don’t care why should I? Too many food choices in wooster to return.
