I have absolutely no complaints about the Big Kahuna sandwich that I purchase at the Glasgow Kentucky Jersey Mike’s it was awesome. The service is kind of slow by nature because they do make them fresh. My main complaint would be that 1 sandwich with chips and coke was a few cents shy of 20 dollars.

Walked in and was greeted immediately by Joseph. I believe it was. He helped me decide on the Chipotle Philly, which was grilled to order. Service was fast, friendly and helpful. I was satisfied with the amount of meat on the sandwich, a few other reviews complained of it being skimpy. I was happy with everything, it was a little pricy, but beats subway in the ground.

Kind of greedy with their meats it seems; compared to other Jersey Mike’s I’ve been to. I got a #9 Club Supreme and it was missing the bacon. Hopefully this is just a symptom of them being new and working out the wrinkles. Will not return for some time.

My boyfriend was told by a woman behind the counter (who I think may have been a shift manager) that his service dog could not walk up to the counter with us. We were told he had to stay behind a line in the floor. She glared at us as we ignored her, as he is a service animal (and is marked at all times when we are in public as such) and is protected under law from having to abide by businesses restrictions on pets as he is not a pet. Took a little while, but the food was good and our gluten free sandwiches were made correctly and had no cross contact problems. Wont be returning for a while, rather turned off by our experience with the shift manager.

I ordered the chicken, bacon and ranch sub in a tub tonight from DoorDash. I am eating a low carb diet and shying away from bread. This is probably my favorite low carb restaurant meal now. The chicken was plentiful and seasoned well, the bacon was so good and the melted cheese was the best part! I was very pleased with this meal and didn’t miss the bread.

The food was good but the treatment of the workers is appalling! The woman who took my order yesterday was rushing me and very rude! She rolled her eyes at me! She ignored that little latino girl when she asked her a question about my order and then when the latino girl asked again she started yelling and cursing at her in front of my family! I saw her grab her arm! We have come many times and that latino girl – I cannot pronounce her name – and the dark haired man are never anything but kind to us. I hate to think of how they are treated when we are not there! We are all Gods children!

Nice sub shop in a strip center. Great team fast service. Tried the chicken Bacon ranch which is cooked on the grill. My wife tried just ham and cheese. I went back tonight and got a club with bacon and oil and vinegar and salt and pepper. I like the thinly sliced meats. I didn’t give 5 stars because it was just kind of flavorless the Turkey breast is a bone white big round piece of meat. The ham was a pink square block. But the meats look good thinly sliced in front of you. Bread was just mediocre and chewy. Just have bagged chips for combos didn’t see any fruit/slaw or salad and serving Pepsi fountain drinks and bottled sodas/water.
