I’ve had several of their traditional cold subs served “Mike’s way” which are so fresh and the seasoning, vinegar, and oil really set it apart from other “sub” places. For hot subs their cheese steaks are all great, and the Chicken Big Kahuna is a delicious slightly spicy option. Combine that with their great customer service and giving to their community, and I’ll remain a loyal Jersey Mike’s customer!

First experience at JMS. I was not blown away but it was a good meal. The bread was delicious on my Jersey Shore sub with good fresh toppings of my choice. Not a large selection of toppings but with hot relish and oil and vinegar everything tastes good. I think I would try the hot subs next time. Staff was pleasant and place was clean. Give them a try!

Favorite cold cut sandwich place! Roast beef and provolone is my favorite. Service is great, people are nice. Try the cream soda and always get your sandwich done “Mike’s Way”. Don’t bother with the cookies or brownies, not very good.

I ordered online. When I went to pick it up, the order wasn’t there. I was told they were making it but it was another order. The employee picked my ticket up off the floor, went to the back, came back out and said that the food was made and the order was taken by someone else. When I asked for a refund, my food remade or something to get this rectified, the employee said they couldn’t because the order already went out. So I didn’t get my food and they will not refund me. I am in contact with corporate and will be with my bank, but as a previous regular I will never return to this location and will urge everyone I know to do the same. Absolutely unacceptable.

I ordered the Big Kahuna Beef Cheesesteak sandwich. The menu said it had jalapeno peppers, but I really didn’t taste them. Sandwich still tasted good. Wife had Tuna bowl, which was good but not exceptional. Daughter had Roast beef with provolone, and it was delicious. They have Pepsi products, so I was able to get a soft drink.

Tonight, these people were absolutely slammed with doordash orders all at once. They had drivers wall to wall filling the entire restaurant and many drivers had to wait 2+hours for the orders to come up. Jersey Mike’s Staff were amazing in the way they worked nonstop to get the orders done, and in how they dealt with the couple of angry drivers. They honestly just went at it and got their work done, all hands on deck. I appreciate their dedication and determination. It was amazing to watch.

So tonight my partner ordered sandwiches through the Jersey Mikes website for pick up. I went to pick them up and the order wasn’t at the pick up area. I asked if their was an order under my partners name they said they where finishing it. They handed me an order for someone else which I realized when I just got in my car. I told them it was the wrong order and that I needed the one under my partners name. They found a meal ticket on the ground, and then told me it had already been picked up by Doordash. I showed them the receipt, which said the order was ready at 6:06 and was a pickup order through the Jersey Mikes website not Doordash. They said somone picked it up, that they would not make the sandwiches again, and that I would not be refunded so I left. So either someone took our food, they gave someone else the wrong order like they had done to me at first, or they didn’t even make the order beacuse the meal ticket was still on the ground. I’ve bought pick up orders through the Jersey Mikes website probably at least 10-15 times and never had an issue like this. If anyone in management is reading this I went in 6:15pm on 08/08/23. The people who where working where 2 female presenting people of color, one person was younger in her 20s she said her name was Deadra and that she was a shift lead she had one blue headphone in, the other person was older maybe in her 40s drinking from a red tumbler cup. We just want a refund please we paid and got no food.

The problem that I have with giving jersey mike five stars is they really deserve six! This place is absolutely amazing. It’s hard to stray away from the cheese steak, but this time we split a cheesesteak and some sort of Italian deal! I’m gonna tell you what two completely different sandwiches both of them amazing. Their cheesesteak is different from everybody else’s it’s super cheesy and just really good. Penn station in my opinion is a close second, but this one at Jersey Mike’s is the winner. Don’t be afraid to add some bacon to it if you want to live on the edge! Not that you’re going to want to, but go ahead and add a cookie it’s worth it. If you’re looking for a good sandwich Jersey Mike’s is definitely the place to go!
