Amazing sandwiches and awesome staff!! I am so glad to have them on the Coast!! They put Subway to shame on wuality and amount of product for the price. Ever since they played with their menu at Subway, I have not gone back since. Oh, also do not bring coupons! None of them honor Subway coupons. Cowabunga Jersey Mikes!! You Rule!!!

So I normally have a great experience at this Jersey Mikes location in the Diberville promenade.But on 6/10 I popped in with my son to get my Giant Supreme and it started off as normal with the friendly greeting and place my order. While the young man who could have been the manager started making my sandwich, a young lady who was also behind the counter just blatantly coughed open mouth directly over my sandwich and the toppings without as much as turning her head away, which right away made me ask the man could he please remake my sandwich because the young lady just coughed over everything and I was willing to give a 5.00 tip for doing so as to not be a typical complaining customer in which he was happy to oblige. But what is making me write this review is because the young lady lied when asked by the young man on what happened and said it was just a little small cough and she did it in her shoulder which is the 2nd lie. But as she proceeded to make the sandwich there was animosity about being called out for coughing all on my 17.00 sandwich like I was just supposed to accept her germs and keep my mouth closed. I love food service workers and appreciate everything they do to serve people, but people like this young lady working the evening shift on 6/10 should not be serving the public, because if she would cough on the food while a customer is looking her directly in the face and lie about it, then there is no telling what else she does to the food when no one else is around. Whoever is the GM of this location need to address the importance of Health and Safety with the team. So needless to say I ended up throwing away a 26.00 meal because I didn’t feel comfortable consuming it or giving it away to someone else.

I have had several friends tell me about this place and their delicious authentic subs. My daughter and I finally went by last weekend to check it out. The food did not disappoint!! It was very good, from the freshly sliced meats and cheese and the freshly baked bread to the delicious chocolate chip cookies that tested like my mom stopped by and dropped them off herself! 5 star food.
