We waited an hour for our order and then the order was wrong! The place was practically empty. Lucas was rude and would NOT let us speak and continued to ask what we wanted just to cause a scene after we ask for a refund. I’m sure food is fine if management was better.

Subs are made fresh, and I always find this chain to be delicious and consistent. This location is no exception. Although there was quite a line to wait for service, the staff was working non-stop to fulfill orders, and were all friendly and pleasant when interacting with customers and each other. The dining area and bathrooms were very clean!

Cool and good experience from dine in lunch. A very good feeling which is not bad. I think this place gets a little potential still got roads to go. Common lunch to fill out my stomach. I got what I want from the dine in lunch. I guess that’s it. Eat and healthy to the finest points. I will not feel guilty for such little cheap price. For some reason I will consider it not too cheap too.

Excellent, as always. Fast, and fresh, with quality service. I just wish there were more locations in Knoxville. This location is in a small strip mall so, when it’s really busy, parking can be a challenge, but it’s usually not bad around lunch time. The interior was clean and inviting the day I went in, though I ordered take-out. In my opinion, Jersey Mike’s is one of the best Sandwich shops around, up there with McAllister’s and Penn Station. In comparison, places like Subway taste like store bought, processed packaged sandwhich meat. Jersey Mike’s is the real “fresh” sandwich where they slice the meat right in front of you! No one else compares!

So I went on their day that all sales went to charity. There were about 12 people in front of me late in the day but the crew behind the counter were fast and efficient. I’m sure they were extra crowded today and hope most of the customers tipped the crew.

Be prepared to wait if you come to this location. Extremely slow service. Waited for 20 mins in line and then was told it would be extra 15 mins for hot sandwich. Go some where else.
