Just don’t like their subs. I like my sub toasted or at least the cheese on my sub melted. These are Not options here. I also don’t like that the meat and cheese is sliced on the same slicer. I wish they had 1 slicer for the meat and one for the cheese. I’m a vegetarian so this sub shop just isn’t an option for me.

First time there, we chose this instead of Subway. Wow it was really good. It’s really fast paced, which I didn’t like being rushed. He got a chicken bacon ranch yum yum, I got a turkey & cheese (cold), mine was good too. I wish I could have had the option to heat mine. We’ll be back.

Love the food. I don’t like my meat put on the metal counter while waiting to be made when busy. The metal counter is always full of crums and who knows what. They should put it on a piece of paper.

We come here at least 2x a month, not only is our order always spot on and wonderful,but they go above and beyond for us and our kids! Cheyenne ALWAYS talks to the kids and includes them in every step when making their sandwiches! She is so sweet and the kids love her!!

Horrible service I’ve been in there a few other times and end up having to leave due to time and slow service without ordering … today I’m able to order and the only one that is having a sandwich made .. I order a chicken Philly and it’s taking forever so I ask have they started on it yet and was told it was on the grill as I watch them put it on the bread I tell staff that is not what I ordered it has bacon lettuce and tomatoes and I’ve already paid .. what I got from the staff that took my order is well that is my fault the next time you come in we will give u a free one …..NOPE won’t be back almost 11 dollars for something I didn’t order I would have preferred my money back and my correct order …. It’s nit like I didn’t question what was I the grill to begin with .. horrible customer service and very slow
