Meh… The Italian sandwich that I had was okay… It was made with quality ingredients… For some reason this sandwich turned soggy in no time.. and I ate my sandwich right there at the store. It would appear that the music they were playing in this store was selected for the staff’s enjoyment with no regard to the customers… The song that was playing when I first sat down was all about suicide… Really?.. come on people!

Absolutely love jersey Mike’s my all time favorite sub place. My number one go to sandwich here is the #16 chicken Philly add lettuce and tomatoes. All there subs are amazing but that’s my favorite one!!! Long time customer been eating here 20+ years!!! If you’ve not ate your your really missing out need to try this place out you won’t be disappointed.

I visited this location and it was actually my first time at ANY Jersey Mike’s store before, as I had only ordered it from DoorDash. I was not aware that it was a build-your-own sub shop, so once I ordered my sandwich I looked down at my phone to respond to a quick text (maybe for 5 seconds) and one of the workers, an older man, stared at me and said “If you would get off of your phone I could actually make your sandwich for you”. I laughed it off and apologized and told him that it was my first time here. I then went up to pay and he told me that I had to “smile at him” while I was paying. Overall, the whole experience was very uncomfortable and I felt I needed to share my experience.

I love Jersey Mikes it’s one of my favorite places to get a cold sub but I’ve recently stopped going to this location because the young kids they got working their half a** the subs every time I go the only time it’s worth going is when the older workers are running the front it’s ashame they are losing business over them and if they are going to keep them they need to be trained more and learn to not make the subs so sloppy

I don’t usually post reviews, but the team at Jersey Mikes on W St of Franklin Rd in Johnson City are amazing! We were just there about 3:45 today and our sandwiches were incredible.
