I have to give a shoutout to Amanda, Amber, and David for the amazing service and yummy food. I found out Jersey Mike’s Subs has a gluten free bread to eat about a year an a half ago. Great move Jersey Mike’s cause more and more people like me are becoming allergic to wheat.

Like the Jersey Mike franchise overall so my family has tried this location several times. Unfortunately Ooltewah restaurant features mediocre, over-priced sandwiches. Constant staff turnover with less-than confident service delivery (seems like a training hub). Tip request at checkout is absurd.

Sandwiches are always made correctly and quickly. We have a gluten allergy in the family and they always take care to not cross contaminate. Very appreciative of their service.

Not the best experience. The guy who took my order was a short blonde kid and was quite rude. He must’ve been having a bad day but you definitely expect better service for an establishment with 15$ subs. Will not be going back

Went in to order a sandwich and first, the employee did not put on fresh gloves. There were used wet cleaning rags around the slicer and he left them there while slicing the meat for my sandwich. He just moved the bread a few inches from the rags. As he placed the meat on the sandwich he held it up just barely missing the rags. I asked if they heat up the bacon and he said it’s sitting in a warmer on the table. I couldn’t take any more of the nastiness and walked out. These young people don’t seem to care about anything. Going anywhere to eat will never be the same anymore.

Ordered 2 sandwiches for pick up. Got home to find that mine was on white bread when it was ordered to be done on wheat. If they were out they had my number and should’ve called me. Otherwise, everything else was fine.

You’ve got to try the cold club and be sure to add the bacon and ask them to load it up Mike’s way. I saw them making one and had to try it. I went in for a hot sub but opted for this. It was spectacular! Best cold sub I’ve ever had!

Ordered 2 sandwiches here via door dash (currently my wife and I have covid and aren’t trying to spread it) and 1 of the 2 sandwiches came. My wife called and was told the sandwich would be remade and sent out or we could get a refund. Called back after 30 minutes and a different team member said that they expected us to come get it as they don’t deliver and the refund would have to be requested from door dash. The missing sandwich is 100% their fault and not door dash because the large bag was sealed for delivery as it should have been. Typically go to any other Jersey Mike’s other than this one due to common staff incompetence from prior transactions, but ordering had to be via this one and as usual there was another issue with our order.

Since the last time I visited this location a couple years ago, their menu prices have gone up ridiculously, and their topping options have been cut drastically. When I asked about toppings that they once had I was pretty much called a liar when I told them that they used to have more options. I will not be back. I will spend my money at fire house and at this point subway seems like a better choice.
