Worst experience ever! I went to the Jersey Mikes on Rosa Parks to order lunch for me and my coworkers. The two young women working there were extremely rude and disengaged. I couldn’t even complete my order dealing with the extreme disrespect! I normally go to another Jersey Mikes closer to my home and have never dealt with rudeness. I am not sure who else has experienced the disrespect but as I was leaving out another customer greeted me and said “Yes, every time I come into the place they are rude to someone!” This is not the type of image that customers or patrons should have about an establishment. One of the employees asked me while rolling her eyes “What kind of bread do you want?” I responded with my first two options, neither available. I got the third option and the next lady was coming to make my sandwiches. She never looked up at me and was mumbling. I could not hear anything she was saying. Assuming she got irritated because I said could you say that again ma’am I can’t hear you. She huffs and puffs and yells “Do you want the Mikes’s Favorite?!!!” initially shocked by her aggression, I said yes, everything no onions, and I do not need it toasted” Before I could even finish the rest of my statement she yells out “Baby I ain’t ask you all that about it being toasted, I said do you want the Mikes favorite, not the microwave!” The store grew silent as she yelled at me and the other coworkers and herself laugh at my embarrassment. Customers should be greeted with respect and not made fun of or mocked. This is not the Jersey Mike’s experience I’m used to at other locations and someone should ensure that this type of behavior is not tolerated as a business! I normally never leave bad reviews but some one should know about the behaviors their customers are experiencing at this location!

Botched our order on Uber eats so bad. 1 out of 5 sandwiches was correct. One is literally mayo and cheese. Who makes a sandwich with mayo and cheese and says yep that’s what anyone in the world wants for 10 bucks?

Last 3 times I’ve been in I have been overcharged and the dining area is filthy. Charging me individually for chips and drink instead of combo price even when I point it out. Guess this location is no longer in the rotation for me. Not gonna keep getting ripped off for a mini turkey, chips and drinkfor $11.45. Sad, been eating here for 10 years.

I love Jersey Mikes sandwiches and before the remodel I frequently ate lunch at the Metrocenter location, but their service has changed dramatically. Me and a couple coworkers used to prefer Jersey Mikes over the Subway a couple doors down, but this new crew is so rude, we all agreed it’s just not worth it anymore. You can be as friendly as you like to the team and it doesn’t change their bad attitude towards you. These workers seem to hate being there and hate having to deal with customers. The old crew was super nice and worked hard. This team just doesn’t seem to care at all. I expect as people continue to experience the disdain from their employees, this location will never see near the business they used to. Who wants to place orders to workers who talk to you like they hate the fact a customer even walked in the door?

There was a gentleman that took the hot orders and seemed nice. When I received my hot sub and took a bite it was full of jalapenos!!!! I returned the sub only to be treated like I made the mistake. Meanwhile my mouth was on fire and I was trying not to get sick. He remade my sub and I left with my family. I wasn’t even able to eat the sandwich until later after the burn was gone.

I came in with nobody in here placed my order and everybody that came behind me left before me and they agreed with because they keep asking me to repeat myself over and over when I had already left my order. Then they offered everybody else bags but not me with2 orders. And embarrassed me for no reason. I never said anything wrong to anybody

Came here twice this week, first time the whole staff seemed confused and all over the place, could’ve walked out without even paying as no one seemed to know who’s meal was whose and who had paid. Second time was greeted early in the line and thought we’d have better service, but ordered the chicken bacon ranch and received two sandwiches with chicken and bacon, no ranch or veggies. Both bathrooms out of order and locked so had to go next door. Two different staffs, this place is a mess.
