I’ve never been to a sandwich shop where they call your name to give you your food and while paying, the cashier is giving my food away to another person. She never even acknowledge it. When the cook came walking back by I said “hey what happened to my food” he said “oh she gave it to a different customer” still no apology. Is this normal practice?? I’ve worked in fast food environments and it’s not that hard to apologize when you mess up. Not to mention no one has a mask on (while preparing the food) and everyone is yelling(right over the food) because it’s loud. No protective barrier from the staff. Judging by the service I received today I’m not putting too much faith in their hygienic practices p.s they ask a name for the order when they take it , but don’t give it to the correct person the only reason they got a tip was because I had already paid when it was being handed off.

It takes forever to get a sandwich. The prices are a little high, just like some of their employees. The food is ok.

Just left JM’s in White House. Ordered via app. Paid $50 for three sandwiches. Order was 15mins late. All three sandwiches were incorrect when we got home. Just cooked meat & bread. No sauce, no cheese. The issue appears to stem from obvious mismanagement. Store employees included 5 young employees who were completely disorganized. I get it’s difficult to find good help these days and the manager is most likely trying her best with what little/slow staff help she has but I’m just really annoyed and feel like a review is needed.

It’s so good! My new favorite sub place! Sorry Subway… Still like ya but Jersey Mike’s has moved my opinion of subs to a whole new level. Employees were very nice an very helpful! They made my experience even better every time I’ve been!! May go there 2nite!!! Thanks Mike( even tho I don’t get it Mike’s way.. LOL)update: just got back from there again 2night. I’d show a pic but I ate it already! Still my favorite!

We have been here several times since opening and the service is always awesome. The team members at this location are so friendly and truly doing a great job. So happy to have Jersey Mikes in town! They always take good care of us even when they’re busy.
