I’m trying so hard to give this new location a chance because it’s so close to my house. It’s been open about a month and today was my 3rd visit there.

I went early because I have a special needs kid and I didn’t want him to have to wait in a long line with me. There was one person in front of me finishing up so we were able to order pretty quickly. My husband ordered a hot sandwich so we had to wait. There was nobody else in the store besides us. They had at least 5 people working. It took 12 minutes for someone to ask what I was waiting for and finally start his sub. Several customers came and went for cold subs while we waited. I won’t be going back. I guess you’re fine with a cold sub.

I’m over this place. Iv gotten food 4 times from here since its opened. EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. IT. HAS. BEEN. WRONG!!!!! The first time I chopped it up to being new and they needed to work the bugs out… ordered in person extra meat and cheese. PAID for extra meat and cheese. NEVER got extra meat and cheese. Ordered online. no peppers. GOT peppers. Ordered in person again. Ordered extra bacon. PAID for extra bacon. Never got it. Just got home from being there this time. Ordered extra cheese extra mushrooms and onions. Did not pay for the extras this time because it was never marked down for extra anything. The larger man (I’m assuming he’s the manager. not sure because him and the cook both had on blue button down shirts) has taken my order everytime I have been in there. Iv had to repeat myself every single time even though I have told him everything he needed to know the FIRST time. In total, iv spent around $200 for all 4 orders that were ALL WRONG. Not anymore. This place will NEVER get anymore of my money. And YES, I will be warning everyone I know to NOT spend their money at this store. It’s highly disappointing and frustrating spending all that money for incorrect orders!!!!DO BETTER!!!!

The people who work at this location are SO nice. They’re super respectful and attentive! My sandwich was amazing, and super well made. This is probably the best Jersey Mikes location in town.

Ordered gluten free bun, preference not allergic, they were aware. Finally got my sandwich after the 6 people behind me got there’s. Guess the bun caused a delay. My first time ever eating at a jersey mikes, my last time also.

This place opened up and it was awesome. Now itnis a month or so later and it is a joke. Slow as heck service. Bacon isn’t cooked, they are always out of this or that. Tonight they knly had one type of bread… look, you sell $20 sandwiches, you need to do better.

Was super excited for Jersey Mikes to open, but walked in with our baby in his car seat and there was absolutely no room for him to be seated with us. There were two 4 seater tables that were occupied and in direct sun from the window.. and the rest were 2 seater high tops shoved along the wall where you order. Definitely not a family friendly atmosphere at all. We left and went elsewhere.

If you want to eat a sub don’t go to this Jersey Mike’s! 3 days this week they were out of Turkey or ham or both! 1 day this week they were even out of bread! CHECK YOUR ODER BEFORE YOU LEAVE IF YOU ORDER ONLINE!! I work close to this location so I go on my lunch break often. I always order online or call in a pick up. They use to be pretty good but now they have gotten my order wrong 5 times in a row. And I don’t do long complicated orders. I get one sandwich, mikes way, just for me. I get the club and they have forgotten the bacon twice and have forgot to put mayonnaise and and vinegar/oil twice. The 5th time they gave me rosemary parm bread when I asked for white. I get that it’s not out of the ordinary for mistakes to be made with orders, but 5 time in a rows shows carelessness and across the entire establishment
