Junior Lifter
I placed an order on 8/2 for three subs. For some reason the next day Jersey Mike’s didn’t get the order. I spoke with the manager who kept saying, “Only four orders were available.” I kept asking NUMEROUS times if he could locate it by the ticket number.” He kept saying, “Sir. It won’t do any good. I’m telling you. It won’t come up. You may come down and present it.” I explained, “I will go to corporate headquarters because I’m looking right at the ticket! I can email or give it to you by phone. I shouldn’t have to go through this.” *I was going to work in a couple hours. I had no time to drive to a restaurant arguing over food. The manager FINALLY puts the number in the system after requests were ignored. HE FOUND IT! He said, “It’s the first time this ever happened.” This is a very poorly executed establishment. No apology or ownership. He just said, “It’ll be ready in 10 minutes.” I shouldn’t have had this issue. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! This is the real Jersey Mike’s. Sometimes I wonder if I were a white male or female if he would’ve believed me right away. I kept telling him to place the ticket number in the system. It’s as if he didn’t want to acknowledge I might be right. This is so sad. Also, I almost had to pay again for another order cause it wasn’t only for me. It just makes me realize how bad things are in America. I had to argue with a manager over a simple order where he refused to do his job placing a number provided from them in the system.

I love this place! I stopped in for lunch today and was greeted by the staff immediately. The restaurant was clean and staff was moving fast. A guy by the name of Q took care of my order and it was made to perfection. I almost went back for dinner. Definitely drop in if you can.

Ordered boxed lunches last minute for and unexpected meeting. I called and spoke with Hue (I think) about the rush and he was able to accommodate the short notice. Sandwiches were perfect and I was able to get the order earlier than expected.

Called on Mon May 1st at 7:30pm. I wanted to see if they carry soup since online it says they do. The person on the phone had a major attitude then give it to a guy who was also rude. I would NEVER spend my money at this location.

I went to jersey mike with my husband tonight and it was muy muy Bueno. Un muchacho spoke to us in Spanish which made the experience so much more welcoming!! He told my husband he should try the Spicy steak sandwich with Jalapeños on the cheese bread ( he loved it and so did I!) it was so big enough for both us. 10 out of 10 stars para todo!!!

Not what it used to be!. I have enjoyed Jersey Mikes for the last 25 years. Although it is still probably the best sub shop, it is not what brought me to Jersey Mikes. Gone are the happy, proud employees. Gone are the masterfully constructed sandwiches. What is left is an average sandwich and less than average customer experience. The location in Madison Tn is the worst that I have ever seen. I have probably purchased over 3000 sandwiches since I have been a customer.I will not return to this store. I hope to find a location that still cares about what they do.

I love Jersey Mike’s and have been giving them my business for years. This gentleman walked in the store and within 3’ of four patrons without a mask. He touched surfaces all the way down to a desk area without a mask on. When we cancelled both sandwiches he complained saying “I just walked in”. He had not just walked in. He should have had a mask on when he walked in the door.
