The young woman making the sandwiches was so polite and upbeat, however the manager or shift leader present was constantly berating the other two staff members and in front of customers. I don’t know how the other ladies kept a smile as they helped customers.

We stopped in a couple of days ago for a first-ever visit to any Jersey Mike’s location. We were in the area for a medical appointment and showed up right during the lunch rush. The place was understaffed and one employee was being trained. They were fantastic and the food was good. I felt bad for the employees who kept apologizing for the wait, which really wasn’t that bad. They were trying to keep up with online orders and in-store customers with only 3 employees, and anyone knows any wait times were not their fault. They were running their legs off and juggling at the same time. I know these things can happen, but store management needs to do what they can to make sure it doesn’t happen by staffing decisions. Pay people more and hire more people if you have to. Thanks for the great people there that day, thanks for the good products, and we will be back soon to see how it goes. I will be willing to upgrade to a 5th star if I don’t sense any stress with the staff.

This new Jersey Mike’s Subs location is amazing! They have great attitudes – greeting you when you walk in and talking to you while you’re there! The chef is amazing (I’m sorry that I forgot to get her name!) She is funny and kind and upbeat and proud to work there. The food was excellent – had the Chicken Bacon Ranch and the Big Kahuna! She warned us we’d need plenty of napkins! She was not kidding! I highly recommend this place! Great job!
