My first experience with Jersey Mike’s franchise left a lasting impression. I can confidently say that I’ve found a franchise business I truly enjoyed. The sandwiches exceeded my expectations, far surpassing those of Subway. The bread itself was a delightful indulgence. One standout feature was the personalized service – witnessing the ingredients being sliced right in front of me. No reheating here; they expertly cooked the food on griddles. The staff was not only polite but also incredibly welcoming. The camaraderie and friendliness among them were evident. A solid 5 out of 5 from me. Thank you for a delicious meal.

Went on the first night the opened. Never been to jersey mikes before, was excited. But after taking the experience on myself, I’ll tell you I’d much rather go to Publix. Be ready to spend a fortune on a partial sub. No one was ready to serve us, all running around frantic. They were definitely overstimulated from the first day. Messed up my food twice, expected us to get back in line in order to tell them what we wanted on our subs after asking them twice to take our toppings order. One of the ladies were rude and impatient with us, but thankfully one of the men helped us out. Unfortunately, he also made the wrap I ordered wrong but we just left at that point and didn’t even bother.

It is a sandwich joint so clean, staff was very busy, lots of parking space. Bread choice is limited but food is fresh.
