I’m giving this place 5 stars. The staff went above and beyond. I ordered using the app and added some special instructions. My instructions were not very clear, so what does the restaurant do? Lea calls me to verify my order. THEY ACTUALLY CALLED ME. First time that has happened for me. I’m very grateful and thankful for that. Joshua did an amazing job preparing my complicated and picky order.

We ordered ahead to make it to a class on time. I have a gluten allergy and had to write “gluten free” bread in the comments since the website and app did not have the selection. We knew this place had gluten free bread because we had been just a few weeks prior. Tried to call the store to confirm, but the phone number doesn’t work. Rather than call us to let us know about an extra charge upon pickup or just charging us for it when we picked it up, they just made it with white bread and told us “we saw the additional instructions, but couldnt do it because you didn’t pay for gluten free.” We were late for our class since they had to throw out the ones made with white bread and remake it as we ordered. Lack of common sense and poor customer service means you’re just wasting product, time, and money.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Their local team is rude and the corporation will continue to hurt this location and we will never go into a Jersey Mikes again.

There was a time where Jersey Mikes had good employees at this place…. Not anymore, all the good workers who went above and beyond for the customers no longer work there(I wonder why) and only the mean and rude workers still work there (Lea). she cussed me out when I was ordering my sub. needless to say I will never go there again.

This was our first and last time to eat here. We were excited to try this new sub place out and I have heard other people rave about jersey Mikes, the lady with blond hair who made our food never greeted us and was the rudest! She acted annoyed that we were even in her presence and rushed through the order, no smile, glared at us. We left and my husband said wow, she was not nice and hates her job. We won’t go back!

We showed up 35 minutes before closing and the door was already locked. The staff unlocked the door for a door dash driver and we asked if they were still serving. She reluctantly let us in but told us we couldn’t order any hot subs.

4 employees. Older lady with dyed, yellow hair couldn’t be less friendly. Two (I assume) trainers yelling at each other about the best way to make a sandwich and a new employee standing there like a deer in headlights. I’ll stick with the Vestavia location.
