Sandwich was soooo good. The sweet tea is great too! The ingredients looked super fresh even at the end of the lunch rush! However, the one thing that stood out to me the most was the cleanliness of the seating area, food prep area and best of all the bathrooms. Staff was courteous and pleasant to interact with. Best fast food Sub Sandwich shop in the area!!

Do you like waiting after you are given a pick up time? Then this is where you should go! You might actually get something to eat but you need to have infinite patience and plenty of time to burn – expect a 30m to an hour delay after ordering online. Oh! Be sure to ask an employee how your order is coming along to receive a ‘I don’t have control over that’ deflecting response to a reasonable question.

Love Jersey Mike sandwiches. This place is not known for having a friendly welcome like other JM we have patronized. Stopped to pick up an online order. Sadly, they also seem to forget to add vinegar and oil to my tuna<2nd time this happened @ this location>. My husband’s Italian was perfect. Will come back as it is the only one closest to us.

I really feel for the employees here. They seem to hate their lives and jobs. I can’t imagine they are paid that well. But, I have to give credit where it is due, they sling a really good sandwich!!! I just wish these guys could be happier, but I know that’s hard to be in a restaurant setting.

Update: My review of this place has gone from 5 to 1 Star. Over the past couple of months the service has gone way, way down. Every order we have placed online has not been ready when we arrive AND we wait longer than if we had just ordered at the counter. The last order we waited 30 minutes past the time the app said it would be ready. We had already paid online so we waited. I do not see us going back to this location. We were ordering online at least 3 or 4 times a month. I see from the past several reviews we are not alone.

I cannot believe the condition of this place. I walked in simply getting a sub for the first time ever at Jersey Mike’s. As I came in, there was food and on the floor and also the cooking area was very unclean. There were also flies flying around the lettuce, tomatoes and the condiments for the subs, without any type of covering on it. The guy fixed my sub and it tasted like old mop water. The grill was not cleaned and there was no care to even clean it. I paid for my sub because I did not want any problems, but I definitely did not enjoy it. Actually, I took two bites of it and threw it in the garbage. Money wasted! I would not recommend going to this place not even on your worst day!

The workers were super rude and acted like they didn’t want to be there. When I asked for something specific she gave me attitude and said no. I ended up walking out and not placing an order at all because of how the workers were. I have had pleasant experiences at other jersey mikes and will not be returning to this location. Very disappointed.
