Spent 30 bucks on a single sub that they didn’t get right. Called back in for them to fix it and the manager wasn’t interested in practicing good quality customer service. Instead she continued to laugh at me and told me to take it up with corporate.

Last night I ordered the Italian giant sub. The one person working on sub seemed to preoccupied to listen. All of asked items were not on sub when I got home and the bread was a real disappointment, tasted like day old stale and very hard. Usually I have a good sub here. Hopefully someone will monitor better the quality of bread and service in the future. UPDATE……… they reached out to me very quickly and made good on that day. Thanks again Jersey Mike’s!

The employees at this location admitted to me that they PURPOSELY do no make bread in order to close the store faster – and TURNING AWAY customers , on purpose, pre planned. He also admitted that their sales have been decreasing on Saturdays – coincidentally the same day they PURPOSELY CLOSE EARLY. I’m sure their corporate office would be glad to hear that their employees are STEALING from their company by minimizing profits. I will be making a corporate complaint and also speaking to the manager personally by Monday. I hope every single employee on shift this night is fired, and the location investigated.

I always search out Jersey Mikes and use them for business lunches as well as pleasure. Went to this location yesterday – no catering boxes, orders were not correct and overall very disappointed. I will continue to use the Jersey Mikes at Sabal Palm, Stuart and Jensen Beach but never this location again.

I’ve never had a problem with Jersey Mike’s. The only thing that makes me sad is that they got rid of the meatball sub, but the turkey and Swiss sub was amazing. The bread was crunchy but not too crunchy. The turkey and the Swiss were juicy. It was perfect. The staff greeted us as soon as we entered, and were very courteous to us the entire way of making the sandwiches. Been going to this location for years and I’ll never stop.
