Everytime I’ve ordered from here my sandwiches are dry. The meat isn’t fresh as other Jersey Mike’s are. Taste a little on salty side.

Hands down the worst customer service experience of any venue I’ve ever encountered. We placed an online order and arrived 10 minutes after ready time. The person working the register saw us at the pickup counter and turned her back to us for several minutes until I finally spoke up, she looked around and didn’t have the food ready. They checked their orders and it had never been seen or printed, then put the order in the back of the orders rather than rushing it. We saw it come up, with nobody referencing it, and the same register worker saw us approach, turned her back to us again and remained leaned against the counter, consciously ignoring us. I finally said “Excuse me, miss…” to which she abruptly about faced and looked at us scornfully before walking back, picking it up and carelessly tossing it on the counter. My wife asked about her drink which she grabbed and handed over without a word. All in all, we got our sandwiches 30 minutes after pickup time without an apology and with more than a few angry looks while we were overly polite for the scenario. The floor in the prep area, visible from the door and pickup counter was also noticeably food laden. Not world ending but when somebody makes it clear they don’t want your business, you start to critique a bit more. I may end up at another Jersey Mikes in the future, but it won’t be this one. The food was a good tasting deli sandwich, but the attitude wasn’t worth it.

No less than 5 employees behind the counter. I wanted to eat my sandwich there. I looked for a clean table to sit at but that was not happening…I sat at 3 different tables that were a sticky mess before I gave up and took my sandwich home.

Came in right before the lunch rush, sub was great, as were the staff. Ate inside, tables were clean, floors were clean. Nice place, I always prefer Mike’s over Subway and Jimmy John’s. Just preference….for better subs.

Was the worst sub I ever had from Jersey Mike. The service was very sad. I wanted my sub heated, they said they can’t put cold meat on the grill. The restaurant was absolutely disgusting. I normally order from door dash but was off for the 4th. Thought I would treat myself. Not so sure I’ll order anymore.

We won’t go back. Way too expensive and the Philly cheese steak and chicken were TASTELESS. So not good at all. Very wimpy yet I paid $40 for 2 subs. Nope! Very disappointed! We were told it was good!

Jersey Mike’s is a pretty decent chain sub shop. They slice the cheese and meat fresh to order right in front of you when making your sub. The veggies all look and taste fresh and the pepper relish is amazing and full of flavor, Jersey Mike gets 4* because its a tad pricey, Publix gives you a bigger sub for less money. The staff at this Jersey Mike’s is very friendly and they get you in and out as quickly as possible during your lunch and I appreciate that.
