At my job before I retired they occasionally would cater Jersey Mike’s for the employees. I always thought they were good. Yesterday I actually had my wife get me a sub from this location. She got an Italian sub. She said they sliced the meat in front of her and that it was done quickly. I was starving so when she got home I tore into it. As I opened the wrapper I found that it was thick with meat and the veggies,spices, and oil made it look and smell great. As I took a few bites I quickly realized that this sub was awesome. I will definitely in the near future try some of the other subs at Jersey Mike’s. So delicious!!

Walked in yesterday to have lunch. I ordered a sub then noticed that the lettuce was browning and looked terrible. I immediately informed the staff and was told that it was not going to be used. I watched intently and sure enough they used that lettuce on my sub and a few more customers after I ordered. My sub was delivered to the table and I had to remove it all to eat. Very bad experience!! Employee should have removed the lettuce as he stated. I will never be returning to this location.

They were extremely busy due to the happy hour sale. But the staff was definitely on it! We ordered 4 subs a Philly, an Italian, a ham and cheese, and a roastbeef and cheese. All sandwiches were great and tasted fresh.

I find it hilarious how they push people to order online but then when I place my order online I receive a phone call from the store after I have paid to tell me that they are out of bread and cannot make my sandwich. I then proceeded to ask for a cash refund since I used my debit card And they said no we have to apply it back to the card isn’t that great now I have to wait 4 to 6 business days until the funds are returned back to my card this is the only money I had to eat some thing. The store is horrible every time I’ve had anything from there it is a mess and made sloppy the people that work here do not care and have no personality and no sense of compassion I am boycotting this establishment and I will not support them. I feel that I should be compensated for this horrible experience.

We went for a 2 mini subs, one with a soda and chips, the other one just the sub … the cashier charged for 2 regulars subs , 22 usd ! He called the manager to made refund and charged the right price 15 usd ….. NEVER RECEIVED THE RIGHT REFUND !!!!

Went for lunch with my boyfriend and we were both greeted immediately when walking in, also first thing we noticed was the cleanliness of the the entire restaurant. Our sandwiches were made quickly and with love we could taste! Will definitely be back at this location!

Stopped for a quick lunch and wow! The place is very clean. The staff kind and helpful. It was busy but didn’t wait long and my sub in a tub (salad with the meats of the original Italian meats) was fresh and I highly recommend this place!
