I love Jersey Mike’s! However, I will never return to this location! Read through the reviews and I wonder if we are speaking about the same location. The store has a stale odor, the vibe was uninviting. The entire staff looked and acted like work was the last place they wanted to be. Regardless of how good your product is or well liked; customer service and atmosphere play a huge role. If you were to put the grumpy employee in the back to do prep or something; everyone at this location would be in the back. 2 stars because sandwich as good, but the experience left a bad taste in my mouth.

I enjoy the food but every time I come in 15 minutes before closing, the girl that works at the counter always have a poor inpatient attitude because it’s time for her to clock out soon and people are still coming in. Some people are just getting off work and just really want a sandwich. I tried to give her the benefit of the doubt that maybe she just having a bad day but every. Single. Time?? I want to continue eating jerseys subs but she makes me not want to come in at all. I don’t think she should make the customers feel like they’re inconveniencing her. Work a different shift or something.

Jersey Mikes is always a great place to stop for lunch! No matter the location you can expect a tasty experience! Their Philly Cheesesteaks are to die for! The staff and facilities are always nice and clean!

The store is clean and the employees are very nice and helpful. They have the best cheesesteak on the planet. The bread is amazing that they use and food is always fresh and delicious.

Chipotle, Philly cheesesteak, bacon, double meat, double cheese, extra chipotle sauce 2 brownies. Meatball sub is delicious but haven’t seen it in a while. I always get the rosemary cheese bread giant. I use the app and get it delivered so I normally don’t come to the store anymore.

Just divine!! Went in for my delicious Italian birthday sub!! I was away in Europe all last year… and pined for just 1. Everyone here was bright and cheerful, conversation grand. Super teamwork, as the line started to form. Thank you for my free sub!! You’re awesome!!

Had half of roast beef & provolone cheese sub about 4:30 pm, which tasted good, but by 9:30 pm was sick, throwing up , & the runs all the next day. Never again!
