Tuesday, 5/23/23, 4:45pm, Palm Bay Rd. -Staff was very friendly and addressed me almost immediately. I ordered the ham sub(it’s #3, I think) for $14.95, $16.00 after tax. I’ve always been able to share it in the past once I got back home. I’ve visited Jersey Mike’s at the Palm Bay Rd. location many, many times over the years up until now. I think this is it for me though, for good. It’s not the staff. The staff is A-1 as far as courtesy and attentiveness goes but for the last 4-5 times of me visiting, I don’t know if they’ve been told to cut back on meat(portion control) on the subs or what. I watched the young man come from the back with gloves already on(I prefer he put them on in front of me),slice the ham, which was the very end piece with hardly any meat left on it. The slices were literally slivers of meat and yet that’s all I got on my sub. For $16, I just felt this was unacceptable. I didn’t raise a stink but I pretty much just paid for a very expensive sub roll and a bunch of vegetables, pretty much. I knew right then I would not be back…I must add, the veggies were sliced nicely and were fresh and the prep area was clean as well but for $16, my feelings were hurt. Seriously though, if this is what I had been getting and would continue to get in the future as well, won’t be back. I’m not paying that kind of money for just bread and lettuce and a few tomatoes. I got home and realized I just could not eat that sub. I think the gloves being on his hands ALREADY when he came from the back and went straight to preparing my food without changing them, messed with my head a little. Customers after me got the same. I will never go back there. Unsanitary. Sad, really. Jersey Mike’s at this location used to be SO MUCH BETTER. What happened?

Had a similar experience to the person below me JL review. Order was completely wrong when I got home. Wrong size wrong sandwhich wrong toppings everything. called and you could tell young kids didn’t care and were messing with me. Hung up. Wouldn’t answer the phone etc. will be writing to corporate.

Went to Jersey Mike’s on Palm Bay road placed my order got home and both sandwiches were wrong I called the phone number 21 times no one answered the same owner that owns Palm Bay owns the Melbourne store so I called the Melbourne store and I explained in the situation nine days ago I’ve called that store four different times left my name and phone number and ask to speak to a supervisor or a manager never received a call back very poor customer service have young kids preparing orders that don’t know what they’re doing I had to rate this place one star I would have rated it zero I’m going to post this all over Facebook and everything poor way to run a business I’ll never be back I work at Harris on Palm Bay road I’ve already posted a bulletin on our bulletin board inside so now everybody at Harris knows so they’ve lost some business try Little Phillies on Palm Bay road they have great sandwiches and excellent customer service

The time to get in and out was very good. The price for the sandwich was a little high for what you got. I know they slice everything when you order it. But the slices very thin and I felt the meat and cheese where not very flavorful. I had the Italian but it did not taste that way. I added lettuce,tomato and banana peppers with mayo but the only thing I tasted was the bread. If I was rating the sandwich only it would be 2 stars. But because the staff was polite and quick with a clean store I gave 3 store. I eaten here before and it been better tasting. I will give them another try someday.
