I love their subs, instead of choosing one of their bread options I usually choose a wrap (spinach). My only complaint is I wish that had more topping options. I would love a healthier choice of baby spinach instead of lettuce and even something like cucumbers.

I thought I had posted this at the time of our last visit. My wife and children went to this location and did not nor appreciate the attitude of the young Lady I think she said her name was Ariana or Alana. The customer ahead of us had an order . She was disabled and was explaining to the staff how they had messed up on one of her sandwiches last time and she had called about it. What me and my wife did not like was this employee representing your company starts embarrassing this woman in front of a busy store how she had complained before and had received a free sandwich before. The woman still continued to pay for 5 large sandwiches but you could see she was totally embarrassed. My wife said if she would have done that to us we would have walked out and left the food. Regardless no matter how many times a customer complaints about a order if it’s wrong it’s wrong and that does not give any employee a right to embarrass anyone. After that witnessing my family and I would not patronize this location ever again. Publix right next door just as good

The food here is like the rest of the locations, Salty bread and brown lettuce but decent cold cuts. The staff here is a joke. They simply do not care about accuracy or quality, this clearly poor management. The staff used the wrong meat on my sandwich despite my repeating the order three times, and when confronted admitted they don’t know the names of each meat but could remake it. When asked why they wouldn’t know, I was told, “just here for a check”. Not good customer service skills.

Was quite disappointed in the time I spent at this location. Not the location’s fault, more so the customer in front of me who had to pick up the phone to call others for their order. However, it was kind of frustrating that the employee didn’t recognize that I was one person and while the other customer was on the phone, he could have easily taken my order. The sand which I got was decent, pretty much what you would expect from a Jersey Mike’s.

Let’s Talk About Da Food
They craft some amazing sandwiches! I rank them in the top 5 of sandwich shops for sure. I am giving this sub a 4 out of 5 because of two reasons. That being lack of cheese and barley any seasoning on the steak. All in all though, this place is a must-try if you haven’t!

Got jalapeños and didn’t want them. Ordered without and still got them. Threw that sub out. The Italian was dry as can be. Guess they ran out of oil and vinegar. First and last time ordering from the lake mary location. I’ll put this place on the list with huey magoos of lake mary. It’s like no one cares about quality anymore.

Honestly just straight up disappointed and disgusted. Been in This industry since I could crawl. When it comes to food safety I am truly a firm believer in it. Cross contamination is no joke. So when Jersey Mike promotes a “veggie” sandwich they should stand by it. Why would someone that DOESN’T eat meat want my cheese sliced where there is clearly chunks of meat. ( side note it’s also disgusting that you can clearly see they don’t clean their slicer very often due to the dried up pieces of meat that you can see) Then when I ask about the other slicer behind her she says it doesn’t work. Well fine then genius. Why wouldn’t you as a MANAGER make an executive decision to pre slice cheeses before hand ?

The service here is excellent fast and friendly. The subs taste very fresh… very fresh, WOW!!! I have been ordering and eating at Jersey Mike’s for a good minute now. my favorite is the club #8 Giant on Rosemary bread, usually order this baby and heat it up for 3 minutes on the air fryer and boom, flavor town with crispy bread… but no more air fryer… lately there ingredients are so fresh, from the bread, vegetable, ham, turkey ham, even the chesses!!! and crispy bacon!!! keep it fresh!
