Place is very small. Service was very slow and had a new girl that was slower than a sleeping sloth. Had to ask her to put topping on the sandwiches 3 times before she finally got a clue. The other kid working the grill was talking back to the manager. definitely wont go back to this location. Got food home and there was hair in 2 sandwiches. NASTY. Employee’s touching their hair and nose and didn’t change.their gloves

Upselling is great. However, if a customer tells you what they want and doesn’t change their mind when you offer a bigger size that’s where you drop it. Telling the customer that they are going to be hungry later isn’t a good route to go. I only brought enough money for a mini and didn’t appreciate the associates pushing me to go with a different size. If I could have afforded it then obviously I would have ordered that. Has nothing to do with how much I can or can’t eat and everything to do with being on a budget.

We always go to hodges location. NEVER going back to Atlantic beach location. Girl stephanie took order wrote nothing down. Music so loud couldnt hear anyway. Had to repeat order over again. THEN got the subs home 2 out of 3 were totally wrong. Then took them back and she wanted to argue about what had been ordered. The young man cooking was great but how can he get it right if it’s not written right. No apology No I’m sorry. VERY poor customer service . AVOID this location.

Love the people at this store. Always great coming in and talking to the staff and establishing a personal bond, I’ve noticed that the staff here also work at the Beach and Hodges location, honestly really great. I can come in and see the staff that usually make my subs. Location is small but is so nice and new. I come to this location if I’m ever near the area. I personally choose the Beach location more as I’m more familiar with them and it’s larger. Keep up the good work
