Order placed on line at 1:00 pm and scheduled for 5:45. Was not ready and asked at 6:00 how much longer. Was told they were working on the last sub. When finished I asked about the hot sub and bowl and they had not been started. They fixed the sub and handed it to me. I asked about the bowl and they said it wasn’t on the slip. I had to show him the order on my phone. During this time they made at least 8 subs for customers who had came in after 5:45. We were treated very unprofessionally and finally left at 6:20 and we were late getting the food to our friends before the our event started at 6:30 – 15 min drive. We had ordered 6 subs and 2 Bowls- total order over 80.00 dollars.

Order was placed around 1:30 pm for 6 subs, ( 1-hot), 2 bowls (1-hot) to be ready @ 5:45pm for a gathering at 6:30. Upon arriving order was not ready. We were told some of our order was not on the slip (according to a large man with dark hair). We showed him our order on the cell phone and when I asked, how could we be charged for items ordered and those items not be on your slip? He said he didn’t know. I told him I thought it was odd. He then turned his back and made a nasty remark. I overlooked it and asked for another sack since the one we had was full and was told, “No”. He even made fun of me asking for a sack and not a bag. Our subs were not marked of who ordered what. We’ve never been treated so rudely by a resturant in our whole life!! Walking out the door at 6:20 now , more rude remarks were made. I started to cry I was so hurt.

This has to be one of the worst stores we have been to. 6 people on duty but 1 working, one manager filling mayo bottles. One cleaning the grill at 5pm. Dirty floors, lettuce all over the work floor area, a huge glob of mayo that everyone stepped over.

Jersey Mike’s is a nice made-to-order Sub Shop. They have their Special Subs and you can have them Mike’s way or your way. They have a mini, small and full sized subs. They also have wraps. And you can add a drink and chips to your order for a ‘meal’. Every sub is made fresh with the coldcuts and cheese sliced fresh just for your order.

Don’t order pickup. It’s faster to order on the spot. I’ve picked up on two occasions and on both, the person in charge of prep pickup orders (1st time a guy, 2nd time a woman) moves like they’re so high, they’re floating, or they’re a sloths dressed as humans. Either way, their speed is set to VERY SLOW so don’t come hungry. They have no sense of urgency. Just observe them and u’ll see what I mean.

I went and used my shore points (only 304 points now remain) to buy a ham and provolone with mayo, light on the lettuce and jalapenos this afternoon. And I’ve been eating from Jersey Mike’s in Florida since 2016, but started long before that up in Jersey back in the early 90s and in Connecticut in the 2000’s. I want to, but cannot, give them less then 4 ⭐️s and this feeling has been brewing inside of me for years now. Then today, I get home and thought I just bought a sub home from Subway! You know what I’m talking about… those thin submarine sandwiches with more bread than meat Subway subs… yeah, I felt that way and like I said that feeling is a reason to the 3 or less stars that’s been brewing inside of me. I cannot remember the prices from 1993 as I was just 15 years old but I do remember how thick them tuna subs I was was getting once were. I think we need the Mike from Jersey Mike’s to put that apron back on! Who’s with me on that??!!? They do keep a clean store, never seen a mess or smelled any funk. KNB

First time visiting this store in Rolling Acres shopping area. Ordered a 6 in beef/ cheese and large Italian sub these two sandwich’s had a price tag of $29.67 with no receipt. The Italian sub had at least three quarters of a lettuce head on it. Sandwiches were the strangest and most expensive food meal I have purchased in a long time. Will not be returning to this operation of charge what the cashier charges rather than what is on the board. No chips or drink in price and neither were suggested

As usual, the food was excellent. However, even when there are not many customers, this is more than a two person operation. Way understaffed, which, of course, meant longer wait times. These people need some help.
