Ordered a giant chicken Kahuna. Had hot sauce added to chicken and it was literally mush. There was enough sauce for 3 footlongs on it. Half the bun was gone in the sauce. No way to pick it up. The drink machine was out of order. The kids working there 3 were sitting at customers tables. 2 were behind the counter. People were in line and I didn’t feel like going through the hassle of taking it back. Very unfriendly staff. Two combos 50 bucks. I’ve been there before and had a great experience. Today was terrible. I won’t be returning any time soon.

I have ate here 3 times in the last week. The teenage crew there is so mature and they all work together to get the job done. No one is playing around like other teenagers at other locations. The young lady with the dreadlocks is my fav! She always give me a nice smile that brightens my day

I was in Philadelphia PA area last week, asked the locals where to get a Phily Cheese Steak. They said “Jersey Mikes” I love their cheese steak but opted for tuna today. The teen staff was great, worked as a team, serving fast and friendly. Great smiles! Best Mountain Dew mix in town.

I’ve said it once, I’ll say it again. Jersey Mike’s has the best sandwich on the market. All you publix fans sink your teeth into a real sandwich. Nough said.

I let my better half guide me to the house best subs and she was right on the money. We ate our fill and escape to the car with the rest of our food. They feed you enough and it’s good. Really busy place with take out coming in and out of the store. Good parking and extra parking spaces a short walk down the sidewalk.

I have been in this store several times but today will be my last. I orded a sandwich, took 4 times longer to get it than usual and they were not busy. They wrapped it, Threw it on the counter, didn’t ask if I wanted to add anything to it,. Once I told them I would like to have lettuce and onions on it they fixed it, re-warpped it and slung it across the counter at me and didn’t say thank you, come back or anything. The owner or manager was sitting behind me and never once acted like she heard or saw anything. Oblivious to anything going on in her establishment. I will say the sandwich was good but he attitude of the workers in that store is aweful. I won’t go back!!!!

Please teach these employees some customer service basics. My online order placed at 12:52 was due to be ready at 1:07. Upon arriving at 1:10 was told it was not ready (but I could see my bag on the counter). A sandwich was added to my bag at 1:20 and still not given to me. At 1:30 I finally asked what I was waiting on and they gave me my order. Got home, wrong order. Had to drive back to the store (15 minutes each way) and was not even offered a bag of chips for my trouble. An hour and half after placing my order online for JUST 2 sandwiches, I was able to eat. There was zero benefit to ordering online. I could have gotten in and out in the store the first time with the correct order.
