So, I’m only writing this review because one of the ladies working the register went above and beyond. I placed an order online (meaning my money was already collected after the ticket was created) , and it was after the fact I got a call they were out of portabella mushrooms. So no only did they call to provide alternative options, but gave me a cookie for the inconvenience. May sound childish, but that’s great customer service.

This is one of my favorite Jersey Mike’s to go to. I drive 35 minutes just to come here. There are plenty of other locations between us but they are one of my favorites. Speedy service and a incredible sandwich!!!!!

Had to wait a bit for my Chicken Philly, but it was tasty. Very busy but efficient location.

I really like the Chicken Philly. Closest thing to home in a chain store. Consistently good across the board.

Rude customer service. Will not return. I will not pay to be insulted. I walk in and no one is at the counter being waited on, so I walk up and wait. I was barked at..”what are you getting?” or something like that, no welcome greeting. I order the #7 turkey.m, Mike’s way minus tomatoe. She walks away, doesn’t acknowledge my order, and assist another customer at the register. Then comes back over to where I am and begins to make my order… so I thought. She begins to slice ham on to bread and in my mind I’m thinking maybe she didn’t hear me so I ask is that my turkey? She stops looks at me and says, “turkey isn’t red, no”. I reply oh OK. She continues to make the sandwich and it then makes sense to me… she making another sandwich and not mine. But no one is around, turns out it was another order I guess called in or ordered online. So I continue to stand there and wait. The other ladies are in the grill and another I can’t tell what she’s doing. Finally she’s done with the other order and begins to make mine….I assume. No communication, I’ll be right with you, one moment, nothing. So I’m watching her make the sandwich and she puts tomatoe on it. I ask is that one mine? (yes) oh I didn’t want tomatoes on it. She takes them off, then asks are you allergic to them? I tell her no. And she puts the tomatoe back into the container with the other tomatoes, mind you she had already sprinkled oil and vinegar on them. Continue to make the sandwich and complete cashing me out.

We all live in a world on a day to day where we don’t know who we are going to encounter.Today I witnessed strength and professionalism in the highest form. Ms. Moss the GM of this location hand a matter where a customer rudely push a employee who have “Autism” who didn’t mean no bad intent towards customer. Also my subs was great and the store was clean.

Please do not come to those location. I’d give it a negative review if I could due to the disturbing experience at this location. This was my first time eating at Jersey Mikes and I am disturbed. Prior to the lady placing my sandwich on the chopping board, she had a scraper which she was compiling the scrapings and remains of peoples sandwich toppings of those prior to me. She scraped half of the scrapings off the counter into the trashcan and the other half, she set aside. I immediately thought that was weird, but I didn’t think too much of it as long as it didn’t touch my food. She then began coughing DIRECTLY on my sandwich.. not just once but a few times.

As much as I love Jersey Mikes, why is it a issue to ask for a fresh slice of bread rather then getting a piece of bread that’s been out in air exposed to whoever and already cut previously before I enter. The lady with a afro had the most unprofessional and rude attitude towards me she said ” its one right here” I told her I just want mine cut fresh she then grabbed the bread and put it back in the container and said”whatever” and tossed my bread towards a Mexican lady. I said nevermind is there anyone else here to fix my sandwich. The Mexican lady just stood there and shook her head no. At the point the lady with the afro went to a stool and sat down and a younger Mexican lady fixed my sandwich. I’m very disappointed in the service I received today around 8pm. I will not patronize this location anymore. I regret not walking out and spending my money here.

Always Fresh Food! Made well, not sloppy or soggy! I really believe they have a great standard at this store. I normally order on Grub Hub or Uber Eats. I’m always impressed with their quality and food presentation. Great job! Keep up the good work!
