I have had the absolute worst luck trying to get lunch today while on break. I went to 4 different places with horrible service. My last place was here. I ordered online. I went to pick my food up and my luck they were out of what I ordered! At this point I was just ready for any food cause my lunch break is only 20 min. I ordered through Ashley and she and the cooks got my food out within minutes! Very polite and fast. I’m currently eating my sub now and it’s the best sub I’ve ever had. So I guess turns out my luck isn’t all that bad. Thank you Ashley!

I much rather have the Philly cheese steak here, then subway. It’s more for your money and it’s always clean. Sweet tea is always on point here too! I highly recommend!!

Completely ignored by the two people working. No one else in line, and they were working on call-in orders which is fine, but not even an acknowledgement in five minutes? How hard is “I’ll be right with you”? This location has always had terrible service, but this was by far the worst.

Placed an online order and already paid for it 40.00, got there to pick it up told the woman the name on the order she started calling off several other names. I told her no and the name again. She stated I was hostile and didn’t have our order to leave and she would not serve me. Poorly ran business.

Absolutely terrible customer service. If I was the owner or manager of this location I’d be embarrassed bt the lack of interaction with customers the people occuping the space behind the counter (can’t call then workers because they weren’t doing that!).

Order a club and pickles and mustard and banana peppers didn’t have the bacon or banana peppers bread was hard made a online order called and told them my problem over the phone she was kinda nice about it but she did say she had a good staff and that’s she’s not calling my lair I get down their to get my actual sandwich that order she was like well what’s the problem bc I went over it and we did do it right well it was missing bacon and the banana peppers she was like just know I’m only remaking it this one time and won’t be doing it again this is my first time coming here and she was like I got told you come in here a lot and that you order online a lot and your name pops up and we always have to redo your stuff I’m like this is my first time coming in here she said well next time change your name I will not be coming back again after how I was treated
