This was a really clean & well maintained store. It seems to mostly be kept busy with to go orders. Half the staff was happy to see customers, waiting on us quickly with a smile & half the staff was obviously struggling with being present. The food was exactly what you would expect from Jersey Mike’s although I’ve noticed that menus differ regionally & not everything is available that you may be accustomed to at your “hometown” Jersey Mike’s location. For instance the #8 California Club minus bacon is my favorite sandwich offered & several locations throughout the southeast later, it disappointingly seems to only be available along the pacific coast. I grow hass avocados in my yard local to this store, so I don’t understand why that resource would not be available throughout the southeast region.

Ohhhhh my goodness….. such an amazing place. Ordered me a Philly Cheese Steak sandwich through DoorDash, first time experience….and I just can’t say enough about Ms. Wandris for walking me through the steps to get my sandwich. And I mean it is to PERFECTION. Y’all need to for sure don’t pass them by. Great food, great service. Then the manager Kim dropped by our dealership to introduce herself and offer Catering needs, even have us free sandwich cards. I’m a big fan for life. Thank you all for making this customer 100% SATISFIED.

I placed an online order, and my sandwich was ready when I arrived. However, the bread was flaky/crumbly and stale, and the sandwich just wasn’t good. The Bremen location is a lot better. I won’t return to the Carrollton location.

I placed a mobile order and had noted i wanted Mike’s way and to have extra oil and vinegar put directly on the bread. Picked it up and drove home only to find out that there was ONLY meat and cheese on my sandwich. And by the time it would have taken me to drive back the store would be close. This is not the first time I am having an issue with the Carrollton location but all the others have been minor.
