Today was the worst, 2nd time in a row that I’ve placed an order online only to find it not done and sitting with several other tickets for online orders & people waiting for them. You get to sit and watch as person after person who walk in are served immediately. Online orders don’t seem to be touched until you walk in and ask for it. I have been to many of these shops and have never been put through this. Online orders are usually worked into the queue. If the App would provide an accurate pick up time, then I could understand this. So why order online? I was told to use the app if you want to save time but it’s the exact opposite at this store. 45 minutes for one sandwich. Only 2 staff as well and the lady there is just horrible. Poor Jersey Mike’s

Incompetent staff. Food was good. They rung me up and had me pay while I was still telling them what toppings I wanted on my sandwiches and then when I asked then to scan my reward points they said they can’t after I’ve paid. They saw me with the barcode on my phone. I asked how I get all the points for the many giant subs I bought and they just walked away. Awful service. Will never go back to that location.

This was not the experience I expected. The young lady with blonde hair was great. She asked if I needed help and prepared my sandwich exactly as I ordered it. The guy/ person, who never gave any kind of eye contact or conversation, was very unfriendly. He didn’t even ask if lettuce or anything else was wanted on the sandwich. He also did not explain what the combination included. If it wasn’t for the lady’s friendly conversation about my pedicure and her great sandwich making I would leave a no star review.

Hello ex employee here if i was to get someones order wrong or didnt clean and i missed a spot id get fired. How is it fair leland? You fired one of your emplyees for something simple it wasnt me because i quit because the dude wants to sexualize girls. The drink machine didnt have ice and the drinks were flat literally it was warm the sodas were nasty. And you hired better? We would have gotten yelled at if we left our stuff out like that. Jersey mikes has gone down hill and i hope it gets shut down. The bread was burnt and they didnt also have a gf knife and they decided to get an attitude. Also im allergic to seafood and if they touched tuna fish with that knife and i go to the er i wont hesitate to sue. Its 2:02pm and they shouldnt still be making bread if that was us still working wed get threatened that wed get fired. The slicer wasnt even cleaned after slicing lettuce and whatever happened to not smoking in fromt of the store? Wed get threatened over that too.

What do I love most about this location? The staff and customer service was stellar!!! In this day and time, that is so rare! Facility was very clean and food was yummy. I’m picky and they catered to all the details. The only reason that I didn’t give 5 stars is because this location doesn’t offer chicken salad.

It pains me to give this negative review but I have to. Arrived to pick up my food, wanted sweet tea was told there was none. Tried to get a soda, there was no carbonation. Tried to get a bottled soft drink, only had diet and some Bubbly choices. The sandwiches were mediocre at best. Very disappointed, will have to drive by this location to get to the Jersey Mikes in Alpharetta. I was told the manager had just quit but at this point the owner needs to step up. Unfortunately, I won’t be back to see any improvements that have been made.
