Worst experience I have ever had at a Jersey Mike’s. No customers were in the store and we waited 10 minutes for them to take our order. They then made our food at a snails pace and with attitude. When we went to pay we showed my daughters student ID from York Tech to get the meal deal advertised on the window for students and they wouldn’t honor it. They said it is only for Winthrop. We said that it should specify that. They replied with Legally we don’t have to. I don’t think I will ever revisit this location. There are too many sub shops in RH, nobody should have to deal with that!

This is the Jersey Mike’s that’s near me. I’ve gone 4 times in the last two months, and each time, I’ve regretted it. I keep going to give them a chance because I love jersey Mike’s, but the staff is just killing it in the worst way at this location. burnt bacon. SLLLOOOWW service. This is my favorite sub restaurant and the food is really good however, almost every single time I place an online order something is missing from my sub. I was disappointed they only gave me half of one piece of bacon, and I saw a sign in the window called “the student meal” for $9 that came with a regular sammy, chips & drink, and when I asked for that meal, I was asked to present college identification….. very disappointing, a great way to get a new customers hopes up, “I’d like that compo meal please” only to tell them “sorry you can’t have that”… jersey Mike’s is expensive too, but it’s not that much different from subway. Ordered through door dash. My dasher has been at this store for nearly an 1.5 hours and the food still isn’t ready. The only reason I’m not cancelling my order is because I feel bad taking away a dasher tip. This is an insane wait for a sandwich.

My wife had surgery and I went to pick up some food for us her sub was fine my chicken bacon ranch ended up being a chicken bacon mayonnaise with so much mayonnaise the sandwich was soggy I tried to call and let them know but absolutely no answer so I won’t be going back there sadly jersey mikes used to be one of my favorite places to eat

I came in at 8:30 pm and the staff was cleaning up. I was not greeted and I received terrible customer service by Tiffany(?), that was the name on the receipt. She seemed to be the team lead. Negative energy and I asked her several times if she was okay because of the attitude she had. I will think twice before I go in there if she is in there. THE WORST!!
