There were a lot of kids working and the time it took them to make 2 sandwiches was way longer than it should have. We also ordered 2 large sandwiches and I swear they were both smalls, but I was in a hurry and didn’t notice until I got home. I wouldn’t go out of my way to go there, but would stop if I needed something close and kinda quick. The Philly cheesesteak is decent for a chain, but expensive.

Worst experience ever. Very slow, young teenagers working with no managers,. Young boy making our food had a cheek full of food in his mouth while talking to us. I ordered a Portebello Mushroom and Swiss and when I got home I couldn’t believe they would even think it was okay so serve…..mostly bread. We also feel we were overcharged and the cashier couldn’t even understand what we were saying. I will never go back nor recommend to anyone.

Most of the time it’s pretty good. They do turn the grill off 25 minutes prior to close so if you’re going in there to get a hot sub no point for the last half hour they’re open. Seems like they’re losing some business why not clean the grill after you close?

This last time I went it was horrible. The guy helping me was not happy to be there, you could tell by the way he would slam the meat and cheese on the sub. Didn’t taste as good as usual either. Probably because it wasn’t made with love. The price is super expensive too.

Understand growing pains but this was beyond understandable. We came into store and there were 5 workers total 2 16 maybe and a grill cook and couple others in back?. No real concern for wait. To go orders were definitely more important. Grill chef took a mouthful of provolone and stuffed his cheeks. Cashier was enjoying his bag of chips while not using computer correctly. Not going back any time soon

I typically love Jersey Mikes. Today was my first time at this location. I placed an online order. One warm sandwich, and one kids meal. I got a warm sandwich, that was made incorrectly (I asked for no onions, it ended up being meat cheese and onions). My kids meal was the sandwich only (no cookie or water). Hopefully this is just growing pains.
