This is definitely my favorite sub place for cold subs like an Italian. Jersey Mikes always has the best quality ingredients and they don’t skimp on the meat. Only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because I went in once and was told I couldn’t get 1 sub made for 45 mins even though no one was there. Turns out it was because someone didn’t follow the requests for mobile orders and placed a 50 sub order same morning. I kind of get it but it feels wrong to not make 1 sub for someone in store waiting.

Like clockwork, we’d come here every Tuesday for their “special” (Med sub, chips and a drink) that not too long ago was $9.99. It got raised to $10.99 which was unfortunate but still ok. Based on the number of people in there, it definitely made business boom. Well, I guess there were some corporate changes recently and the “specials” are no more. Huge mistake. Not only have we questioned coming every week ourselves, but it seems many others have too. The past two weeks, instead of a slammed restaurant, it’s been crickets. Listen, no one, and I mean NO ONE wants to pay close to $15 for a basic combo.

I splurged and ordered a big kahuna sub through door dash. I was disappointed when I realized the veggie toppings were close to non-existent. It usually has peppers, mushrooms, onions and jalapeños…there were one to two of each of those items- if that! I added my own produce to it so I would feel a little less bummed. I hope the staff pays more attention to included toppings next time they are making a menu item sub.

Don’t get it delivered. This place is generally ok if you go in person, but takeout/delivered is not up to par. For the high price that they charge for their sandwiches, you would think that they would actually care about the quality of the sandwiches. These were the worst looking/trading sandwiches that I’ve had. Look at the pictures. They put barely any condiments at all. When I called to ask about the quality of them, the employee said that I could come in and they would give me extra lettuce and onions but they wouldn’t remake the sandwiches. These sandwiches were delivered. Why would I drive all the way to their location for them to just give me condiments. I also asked for a manager, but the employee told me the managers only work until 2pm. Then he hung up the phone. Customer service is also not very high on their list either. Very disappointing. There are plenty of other sandwich shops out there that have a higher quality standard and have better customer service. I recommend looking elsewhere.

Our go-to place for subs. No other place can beat Jersey Mike’s for quality of ingredients or choice in subs. Love their app and rewards. The rewards add up fast for free food. Very easy to order in the app for delivery or pick-up in-store. Also, easy to customize in the app. They also frequently have special offers in the app and several days a year where they give all or a % of that days’ sales to a local charity.

Have eaten here twice and both times the sub has been dry and bland with not enough ingredients. The bread was not soft as it should be. Not again! Also prices are getting to be to much for what you get.
