My family and I journeyed to Mauldin to see the new location and it was worth the trip. I walked in the door with my four year old and the first thing she said was “it smells delicious in here”. I was pleasantly surprised with the seating options available inside.

My niece had a free sub sandwich for her birthday. Which I never received my free sandwich for my birthday. Besides that she was eating her sandwich as it was so delicious. I took it upon myself to order the club sandwich and it wasn’t for me. Something on it was too salty and the bread was to tough for my liking. I think I’ll stick with Jimmy John’s their sandwich are better in my opinion ♀️

I love Jersey Mike’s Italian sub. So glad a new location opened up in Mauldin. Just not sure why they don’t offer pepper in your choices as they put together your sub. At this location only as far as I can tell, you have to get packets of pepper instead of fresh pepper shaken onto your sub. It’s disappointing.

Not gonna lie. I was super excited when the new Mauldin location finally opened because it’s right by my house. The food is great and the store is clean, but on multiple occasions I’ve been there and witnessed the Mgr (Gwen I think is her name) literally yelling at employees in a very unprofessional way, right in front of customers. It’s a huge turnoff and I’ll likely visit other locations until they fix the issue. Nothing turns me off from a business more than unprofessional behavior from leadership.
